My mother in law was sent there because she was not taking her medicine and violent. She is bipolar. The staff never called us to come in and get information regarding her. She was released a few weeks later and all her meds were changed. The meds she was on worked as long as she took them. Immediately upon seeing us she became angry and tried to hit us. My husband told the nurse that she was not ready to leave. The nurse said she hadnt acted like this at all. The two hour trip home was hell. We were threatened and cursed at the entire trip. Once we were home, she continued to rant and get more manic. She stayed up most of the night causing us to get little sleep. She slept the next day until after 3. Once she woke up, she went to the bathroom and decided to clean out the "sewage" from the toilet. She had toilet water all over the floor and then fell. We had to call 911. The police and EMT couldnt believe she had been released. The hospital staff was amazed she was released also. We made sure she hadnt broken anything and brought her home. The next day an appointment supposedly had been made for ten at a outpatient behavioral center. We arrived and was told no such appointment had been made because they dont make an appointment for the first visit. We showed them the papers sent home with her. Needless to say, Ridgeview did NOT do a very competent job. After complaining to the therapist, Teresa Ruiz, she stated we were the problem and she hung up on us. Not a very professional place. If your family member really needs, find another place.

Do not waste your time. In an attempt to take my friend here he was turned away. He openly admitted to using meth and other hardcore drugs in largest amounts DAILY. he said he considered suicide to the point of preparing or attempting on 4 -5 separate occassions. He said IN THE FACILITY, I just want to die, I want to kill myself. The nurse left the room and came back with a piece of paper telling him to sign it saying he wouldnt hurt himself when he left there. Absolutely disgusting. I am physically sick. What in the world would you have to do or say to get into this place?!?!? Now he is refusing to go anywhere, because thats what drug addicts do when they are shot down. This is a dispicable place. I will be reporting them and reviewing them in every possibly way and I will pray to God my friend doesnt harm himself. God forbid if something happens to him. I will be going back in person to let them know that they are partially responsible and that they should live in terrible guilt that it is their fault for not helping someone who is saying I want to die. I want to kill myself. These people have no hearts, and obviously no care for the people who are SEEKING HELP. Shame on them.

I was taken into the IPH program. I have had ADD all my life. They confiscated my pills and told me i would not get them back. I was never detoxed. I signed forms saying not to speak to certain persons about my stay or release any information. The person of interest called and was told everything as well as the counclers personal opinions on me. I had to leave the hospital early due to the withdraw syptoms from the medication they confiscated. I was given a Dr who never showed up and never answered any questions. I was lied to many times by staff. I was put in sessions with violent people who climed they were on the verge of killing anyone at any moment... and id see them the next day... sitting right next to me. I was there for taking more than my prescribed Xanax due to anxiety. The person in charge of complaints is rude, tells you they dont care if you are withdrawing and tough luck. Do not even call nor consider this an Institute by any means. Its for profit- when your insurance is out you are "healed" and released. Doesnt matter if you are still smoking crack in the parking lot every day.

Just left there. They did absolutely nothing for me, no counseling, I stayed there for 5 days and on the 4 day a social worker did talk to me and asked intake questions only after my wife called and complained. I was discharged the next day. I was overlooked. I left in worse shape than win I arrived. I still need help, Very depressed and will have to find somewhere else to go very soon. I left very depressed.

Amazing facility! Great people!! Just took my brother there yesterday, and they made it a much easier transition than I could have imagined. They helped him feel right at home. Also, made both him and the family happy about our decision to get him help. Thank you Ridgeview staff!!

This place is Horrible!!! The staff is horrible....they are about to get me fired from my job BC they wont fill out the required paperwork for fmla.....nightmare. Very unprofessional

Great place for someone whos never been to an institute but the rules are strict and its easy to get in trouble and on staffs bad side

Violated human rights. You cant even call 911 out of the place in the case of an emergency. Food gets 5 stars though.
