Im new to the area and have been to a few appointments here. Ive got mixed feelings. The office staff is very nice, I generally can get in quickly, and I typically dont wait long to see the doctor. Ive had to track down which pharmacy they send my medications to because while they ask for my choice, they just send it wherever they choose. Also have had to wait for a week to receive my medications. Id suggest getting a paper prescription for simplicity.

Staff was beyond rude. The lady at the front desk talked to patients like she was a frustrated school teacher. The girl who took my temp, weight, etc. acted like she was annoyed I was there. She was so rude it was shocking. Amber was the practitioner I saw and was very nice. Unfortunately the rude staff and overcrowded waiting room made me a one time patient there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nurse practitioner great. But learned when all tests were done that their office practice will not allow well visit until care is established. So when calling for appointments make sure you get what you ask for. Got whole well visit but Im paying for it. Now they want me to schedule a well visit. What for?

I read the reviews before going to my first appt there, and I have to say it was really nice and pleasant, they were concerned about my problem, and it was clean and modern looking. Staff was very awesome, and Dr Kirkland is great
