When I walked into the waiting room I almost immediately turned around and left. It was so unprofessional!!! Cheap plastic chairs; tile floors, and no windows, etc just a very cold waiting room. I have never been to a Drs office that felt so trashy. I will say only seeing one person there and the way I was feeling about the whole experience made me feel I had made a very bad choice in choosing this practice. The staff was very nice but so unprofessional! Their appearance and communication was indescribable! I will say the Dr was very nice and professional. My visit and exam with him was fine. I will never go back nor would I recommend the practice to a friend. Nothing about the entire experience would make me return.

I was feeling pretty miserable with a month long sinus infection. The main ENT Institute appointment line was kind enough to get me an appointment for that day. Considering I was a walk-in, the office helped me get registered and I got to see Dr Flexon in a reasonable amount of time. His examination was very detailed. I felt confident that his recommended treatment and suggestions would get me on the road to recovery. Update: After a few months, had to return as my sinus congestion is still with me. CT and labs were ordered and performed. It was determined that I will have to undergo Sinuplasty in order to correct some narrow sinus drainage. Still have a high level of confidence for Dr Flexon and his staff.

The whole staff is wonderful their attitude, their behavior and all in all is so positive which makes you think they are your long time friends. The service rendered was remarkable. I give them 5 stars for the service I am 100% satisfied with the service and I thank God that I am being treated by this institute which has such a well experienced staff. today on 04/14/2017 i arrived in ENT office 20 minutes ahead of time and i astonished when i was immediately called in. it was awesome because i did not have to wait at all. the doctor, the nurse and even the staff at the window, all of them are so kind. their smiley faces make you forget your pain. the treatment is very satisfactory.

The Doctor is very attentive, gave his honest opinion and is quite considerate when it comes to children. If surgery can be avoided, he will support it. He gave us alternative treatments such as Nasal Spray and exercises to do at home. The nurses could be a little more animated in their body language. One more than the other. But the receptionists are very understanding, especially one time that i got there late (tornado warning and heavy thunderstorms). My rating is mainly because of the doctor, unlike others that want to walk in, glance at you and receive a paycheck, Mark actually took the time to go over the history and future medical status of my child.

Everyone made both my granddaughters feel so comfortable and at ease when doing the procedures on them...Thanks for going that extra mile and talking to them and explaining everything you had to do for the allergy testing and what to expect after we begin with shot therapy...It really means alot when children are comfortable and are not scared when faced of having to get 2 shots a day 3 days a week for a whole year...Thanks ENT staff for all you do for the 2 M.E. sisters.

If you are an adult seeking some care for tonsils and adenoid surgery PLEASE READ....I had surgery 1/5 and I feel as thou after the surgery and they received payment for it they no longer cared about me I have been in pain calling telling them and nothing this is normal well I dont know about you but pain isnt part of my daily life before the surgery and sure didnt expect it to be part of it now so if you are and adult Please look into other doctors

once I was checked in everything was very professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend this group. The initial checkin was poorly handled. I arrived several minutes early for my appointment but no one was manning the reception area until ten minutes or more after my scheduled appointment time and I had no response from several verbal inquires if anyone was there. someone finally appeared as I was about to leave.

Everyone was wonderful! Not only is the staff genually caring the are well rounded in making sure the patients understand what needs to be done after sergury but also the medications and how to take them properly in order to prevent infection. They where incredible and I would definately choose them again if either my son or me need sergury again. :) <3

I started taking my son here when we was 1 1/2 years old. He is now 5. They have always been polite, they listen to anything you have to say, answer any questions or concerns you may have. They dont rush you in and out. Theyre very thorough through their work. They by far are the best in the gainesville area. Would recommend them to anyone.

My son only been going for a couple of months but on each visited the staff is amazing they go out their way to make sure he okay..Theres hasnt been a time that i walked into the office when they bot greeting you with a smile it just a friendly environment and i thank my son doctor for referring me to them because theyre Awesome!

Patricia Jameson , I have been seeing Kelly for my allergy injections once monthly and receiving my medication that last for a month and I am able to give myself injections at home three times weekly, Kelly is great and I have been well for 10 months!!!

The staff is very nice and so was the doctor! Very understanding. They were willing to do payment plans after insurance would only pay so much! Other offices would not. My son is one and needs tube in his ears. They did great with him! Great team of ppl. Id highly recommend them moms! Best in ga!

excellent service from staff involving care Need to be more sensitive to patients checking in with the electronic tablets and not paper. Elderly patients and/or disabled are not always able to use these and I never seen the check in person offer an option..only hand the tablet thru the window.

My 2 year old son is seen by Mark Bass the PA and he is excellent with him. Mark is able to look my son over and explains to him what he is doing in the process so my child knows whats going on. I love all the staff and the Physicians at this office. I have already sent family and friends here.

I was very pleased with the doctors, assistants and the the receptionists. All were professional, pleasant an overall satisfaction. If you have a problem they will get to the bottom of it. They know what they are doing. The doctors are well educated in the ears nose and throat medical needs.

Very pleasant. Doctor made sure I understood everything. He seemed genuinely concerned about my problem. In fact, he is the first ENT who has figured out what is going on with my sinus instead of giving me the run around. I recommend the Ear, Nose and Throat institute here in Gainesville.
