I hate to give bad reviews even I am not completely pleased as we are humans and everyone makes mistakes ..but I have not taken back this time as this place has tested my patience and all they need is cash in flow over responsibility treating a patient and the most the worst attitude of the doctor Kolli . Have been their customer for little over 2 years for my ortho treatment and went with my braces , within these 2 years they were taken off 2 times , and the first time the retainers which were ordered for my impressions were not made correctly and Dr Kolli forced it hard into my mouth inspite of me screaming and when she removed my teeth shifted and she put me back on my braces with no charge as it was her MISTAKE and I still kept quite and have been patient and If I was rude as per doctor I should have left that place immediately BUT I didnt as still gave her flexibility to continue with my treatment as mistakes do happen . After 8 more months she removes my braces again and bonded my teeth , which was not done right and one of the tooth shifts again , and when called the doctors office explaining the situation that I am in sever pain and if I can come to see her or if I can talk to her for few min , she made the front desk lady tell that she has no time "which is totally fine " but insisted to speak to her for just few min as I was not happy with what was going on after 2 solid years of her inexperienced treatment and the end result, I didnt and dont expect a doctor to respond to my text messages but she calls me back SCREAMING on top of her voice and claims I was sending her rude messages ( Chat attached below for reference) as if I am her family/friend in a very Unprofessional way and not even trying to listen what I was about to communicate . She sends and email ( back) saying that I need to get a clearance from a periodontist after 2 SOLID YEARS and which should have been intimated during my initial consultations . She might good for small cleanings , fillings extra but cannot deal anything which is out of the box and be EXTRA careful before you get booked with this place. What ever South Fork comes back on this review I DONT CARE and one of the most unprofessional person I have dealt is Dr Bindu Kolli...God bless her.

Dr. Bindu is an excellent dentist. I know Dr. Bindu since early 2006. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing as well pros and cons of the treatment. Dr. Bindu listens to our concerns and takes care of us with great attention. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. My kids or me and my wife never experienced any pain or problems during the extractions or other procedures. Her assistants and front desk people are considerate, caring and extremely helpful. I have been to all her locations and all are always very neat and kids friendly like comic books and toys. My kids love Dr. Bindu. My son Joel broke his tooth when he is 5 years. Dr. Bindu took care of his broken tooth shaving at that moment. Joel had his braces when he is 11 years. In all the 2 years span during his braces, he never complained. Now he is having his crown to his broken tooth. I found her to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health. I would recommend Dr. Bindu to everyone.

Dr is very unprofessional! She gets onto her employees in front of patients yells at patients on the phone and in person when they do not agree with her. She continues to drill into kids teeth while they are screaming and theyre parents do nothing about it! She doesnt own up to her own mistakes! She refuses to apologize to ANYONE when she makes a mistake but gets upset if they dont apologize to her! She is rude and disrespectful and talks about patients and employees behind their back calling them immature when she herself is immature beyond reasoning! If you are smart and value yourself and your family do not go see Dr Koli! If I could give her less than 1 star you bet I would!!!!!

Needing to find a dentist in a hurry due to a toothache, I felt very fortunate to have found Dr. Bindu , she was able to see me the very next day. Not only did she promptly take care of my immediate needs, but she and her staff got me back on a program of returning to proper dental health and care. Not only have I found Dr. Bindu and her staff to be consummate professionals, but they treat their patients with the utmost respect and courtesy. Having always had extreme anxiety about visiting the dentist, I found that Dr. Bindu and her wonderful staff made it much easier for me to return for regular care.

Dr Kolli has been my dentist for many years. She is very generous and communicative. I got quite a few procedures done at her dental office. After each procedure I used to get a personal phone call from Dr Kolli to check how I was doing. She continues to learn and up to date with the modern technology of dental care. They offer a warm and friendly atmosphere every time that I have an appointment. She really cares about the person she works on. I would really recommend her as your dentist.

Our family has been going to Dr.Kolli from 10yrs.she has very good hand skills and is very gentle. I had braces done 4yrs back and went very well and I love my smile now. My daughter is 4yr old and she always excited to see Dr.Kolli for her dental visits. She had fillings done with Dr.Kolli under oral sedation and was very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dr.Kolli for general and orthodontic needs.

We have been going to Dr.Kolli from 6yrs. We live 15miles away from Southfork dental but still like to go to that place. It is easy to get an appointment immediately for any emergencies or regular appointments. They open on Saturdays which is very easy for us. I highly recommend to see Dr.Kolli. staff is very friendly. Dr.Kolli has very personal care.

Our family has been going to Dr.Kolli from 7 years. dr.Kolli referred my son to pedo specialist when he was 3yr old to get some cavities filled and he did not open his mouth with the other dentist, cried and came back to see Dr.Kolli and let Dr.Kolli finish his treatment. we all love to come here. The facility is good. Very friendly staff.
