I am one of those fun and dreamy millennials that everyone makes fun of. Life is good, life is fun - see as much of the world as you can. At 25 I was kicked off my parents healthcare so I turned to Pinterest for all of my ailments. While that works for some things, it does not work for dental care. After avoiding the dentist for 5 years I finally plucked up the courage to research around and make an appointment. I was nervous and these guys did a fantastic job at talking me through what needed to happen to get my oral care back up to acceptable levels. I cant even describe how lucky I feel that I discovered this office. Everyone is super nice, they laugh at my bad jokes, and never once did I feel ashamed for neglecting my teeth. I just sat back and listened to my Harry Potter audiobook while they fixed and polished my teeth. I didnt feel a thing. As far as dental customer service goes, these guys nailed it. What can I say, Im now a flosser.

Used the $29 groupon for a dental exam, x-ray, and cleaning. My gums were poked in 32+ different places and each poke is assigned a numbered rating. If more than a couple of your gum pokes cross a certain threshold they can deny the cleaning due to having unhealthy gums which is more work than a normal cleaning would cost they claim. I also got a partial x-ray and they tried to upsell me to a full x-ray. At least I got an exam and a giant quote at the end of it all. Overall it felt a bit disingenuous and Dr. Borgman himself came across as a little cold in my five minute with him, but I cant hold that against him. I wouldnt have had any problems with any of this if they had just been more transparent about their requirements, but as it is if this is how they try to do business with new patients then I dont think I can confidently spend my money and insurance here. Their front desk lady and general customer service is great though!

I made an appointment with them expecting they would take my insurance. Unfortunately, my insurance company sent me the wrong list of doctors - the list for PPO instead of DMO. They didnt take my DMO plan. They didnt make me pay a cent. I wouldve been out of pocket several hundred dollars, but instead they did my entire checkup - X-rays and all - for free. The ladies in the front office were very sweet, and the dental hygienist I had was the most gentle one Ive ever had. Dr. Borgman was very informative and I really liked that he was open to showing me all my X-rays and pointing out any problem spots. I would absolutely recommend!

Ive had so many bad experiences with dental office. This is the first time in my 30 years that Ive had the best experience. Dr. Borgman and his staff especially office manager Lucinda made me feel at home. Truly the best dental appointment Ive ever had. I cant wait to go for my next appointment. Best dental appointment Ive ever had. Dr.borgman makes you feel so comfortable and is excellent in explaining procedures. Everyone is very friendly from the moment I made the appointment over the phone. Great office great staff great doctor!!! If I could give them more stars I would!

Staff is nice if you dont get Groupon you would have a good experience. I paid $60 for cleaning xrays and one filling didnt get any of it. They told me I needed a deep cleaning and couldnt get the filling until I get the deep cleaning what a joke and waste of money

I highly recommend Dr. Jeff Borgman for your personal & family dentist. His professional staff, along with his 20+ industry experience, is why the 30 minute drive to his office is worth it. From standard check up to cosmetic work - this is the best in town Steve W.
