I had an appointment set up to get testing done for a wellness physical. It was very easy to set up an appointment online. I went to the clinic at my schedule appointment time and come to find out I owe eight dollars from a previous test I didnt know I had from the surgery back in February. I was told the eight dollars has been sent to collections, so I cannot get my testing done until I dollars. They have a rule that you have to pay your previous balance off before you get anymore work done. The lady at the desk was very friendly and said that they would honor my appointment on another day after I make the payment. So overall seems like a nice place, but also seems a little petty. I understand some people dont pay, and they have to have rules. Just seems a little petty not to see you over such a small amount. I will be returning as its not the peoples fault that work there, its just a policy quest diagnostics has. I may re-review after my next visit after I see how they treat you during testing. The inside seemed very nice, and the seating was very comfortable. After I signed in for my appointment on a tablet, they did call me right away, as appointments have priority. I do like that you can create an account online and access your testing. Their technology updates are pretty neat.

Appointments dont matter. They have a new electronic IPAD sign-in system right at the window that half the patients cant figure out how to use. This ties up the check-in staff and makes them unavailable. These staff are also responsible for processing patients and moving them through the process. Logic would figure that once you check in electronically, your name goes into some type of queue in their system and they know youre there. Maybe bump up against your appointment time. Not true. After 20 minutes, I asked how long it was going to be? I had an appointment for 7:45. I was told I had already checked in. Seriously? Thats scary. The only response I got for the delay is that they have a "new system." I didnt feel that they would have a good handle on my specimens and I made sure I double-checked each label on the vials. I will not return to this location.

I cant remember if her name was Nina or Mina (was a tanned skin lady with dark brown hair, could have been from India) was the nicest lady ever. The staff at the front was normal they helped me with what I needed and were polite. I was very nervous to get my blood taken and as soon as I sat in the chair b/mina could tell. She told me to follow her and that she would help me. She laid me down which was a million times better. I was crying so hard the tears were everywhere, very embarrassing and emotional. She was so gentle. And thank you to the redhead man (another employee whose name I did not get) he went out of his way to comfort me during the process and keep me distracted. The staff here is very compassionate. Maybe all you other reviews are as pretentious in person as you sound in your reviews.

The only quest open on on the weekend on Cleveland and its ghetto. Your greeted with a hole in a wall and a clock in front of your face a pad and pen sticking out of the wall. Very uninviting and the staff is rude sarcastic they dont speak to you until your called. This is a very disgusting way to run a business. Not doing this place ever again I didnt go through with the test I walked out. Regardless of what area your buisness is in you should be greeted with a smile an inviting environment. This place even the nurses look shady. I dont recommend this place as it is a potential risk to get infected with a disease from what I see. I will send a complaint to their corporate offices.

The blonde lady at the front desk went out of her way to help me my last time there. I had forgotten my Dr. lab paper at home. It was nearing closing time and she and the woman lab technician went well beyond to call my Dr and squeeze me in at the zero hour. I to this day am very thankful to both of them. I am going again this afternoon and I plan on asking their names so they may receive proper recognition. I did ask that day but forgot. Wonderful place. Only one I choose to go to. Although going to this place is usually not a huge part of my life, it would be nice to be comfortable going somewhere to get your bodily fluids taken. This specific location gave me a bad taste after I found out they lost my 24-hour collection sample mysteriously. It took months finding out what happened to the sample- Quest Diagnostics (this location only) even denied that I turned in the specimen. After that, I havent seemed to want to go back.

I had to take the 3 hr test for pregnancy diabetes. They were really nice and they had a very comfortable chair for me to sit in, in a room by myself. I even fell asleep. It was a little cold in there but better than hot. The one nurse that took the majority of blood was great and made it hardly hurt. Wonderful staff wonder place. THANKS!

THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST PERSONNEL. I WOULDNT SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE. THE MANAGMENT SETS THE TONE - AND IT IS LIKE PUKE IN MY MOUTH. WAIT - WORSE THAN THAT. UNABLE TO DESCRIBE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF YOUR INSURANCE WILL COVER IT GO TO LAB CORP. MUCH NICER PEOPLE AND MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL. GO LABCORP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The MA is very professional and has a great hand for injections. I hate glucose tests and they made my wait comfortable by offering a comfort room where I relaxed. I always come here for all my diagnostics tests. Front desk staff maybe not at highest performance but overall nothing to complain about.

Also had a terrible experience here. Took multiple trips to get them to call my name from their almighty clip board. Blonde lady was very rude when I did get called. They took 2 weeks to report my clean drug screen for me to get another job. 16 days wasted because of their utter lack of care.

I had a bad experience at this place. Staff seems grumpy especially the blonde woman at the front desk. Everybody acts like they hate their jobs and are not very professional. I recommend to avoid this place, if possible.

Lobby is not clean seats are all stained and disgusting. However, staff is friendly and even though it was very busy they worked diligently to get each person in and out in a timely manner.

The staff is great here . However this is the dirtiest, nastiest lab I have ever seen. Everywhere you look is filth from neglect for a long time. Please clean this place or close it down.
