Unorganized, even an appointment time doesnt let you in on time. Walkins can spend 2 hours waiting the time I waited over 2 hours I counted 17 people in the room & 5 others who came in the door & stayed, others who came in left. I feel as though they are very under staffed & unorganized & this really contributes to long waiting times. The front desk personnel has been inconsiderate of people asking questions, & wanting to know an estimated time of their appointment. The front desk personnel also exemplify stress, frustration , rudeness, & talk about their personal problems. Theres lots to improve with Quest!

What good is it if you have an appointment only to have (Laura), the receptionist, not pay attention to it because she is busy laughing, chatting and carrying on with another person away from the window. There were people waiting by the time I arrived early to my 10 am appointment. When I called out to her she dismissed me. When she finally came to the sign up sheet she confused two other people (without appointments) with me, until, again I had to point out the problem. Dale was fine. He drew blood as required, efficiently.

Receptionist not helpful at all, 6/15/16 noon appointment I arrived 17 minutes prior to my appointment and 22 people in the waiting room. Still seated in the waiting room for over 30 minutes without any acknowledgement I approached the counter to exam the sign in sheet and saw several people with later appointments go before me.

I didnt know what to expect, especially after reading the reviews, but WOW! I had an appt. for 1:15 , and my name was called at exactly 1:15. Kelly the phlebotomist was extremely efficient and pleasant, and it is now a quarter til 2 and I am already home! I have to give this place five stars and highly recommend!

Not sure if the bad reviews are older but went here twice ... Any was very nice and the stand in guy ..Mike ? ..... Also. Helpful ...quick enough ..... They do get busy though so make an appointment

Slowest drug screen of my life. 1.5 hour wait for a 30 second urine test. I even got here right before the office opened this morning. Unbelievable!!!
