AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Please do not fall for their cheap coupon scam like I did. I purchased a microdermabrasion procedure on DoubleTakeDeals (similar to Groupon). My fiance had to take off work to drive me because they would only schedule me on a weekday morning. We drove an hour to get there and arrived just on time. When we got there we were told that my appointment was 15 minutes earlier than I had thought and that I should have checked their email reminder that they had sent. Confused, because I never get my appointment times wrong, I looked through my emails and found their appointment reminder which had the exact time that I had thought it was. I showed my phone to the lady at the front desk (Barbara I think, but not sure). All she said was "Oh...oops..thats weird..well, we already scheduled someone for your time slot." SERIOUSLY? OOPS IS ALL I GET? As my fiance explained to her that we had driven a long distance and he had to take off work, all she did was stand and look at us with a grin on her face like this was a joke. After getting no response from her we asked if there was anything they could do to help out the situation...she said "Sorry no" I have never felt so mistreated by a spa or salon in my life. Not only was this lady so indifferent about messing up my appointment, she never acknowledged that it was her mistake and didnt offer anything to make it better. When we asked to speak to the owner of the establishment...she goes to say in an very snobby tone "Oh you wont get to him without going through me first" WOW :-/ We left very upset and all I could do the whole 1 hour ride home was apologize profusely to my fiance for how the spa had treated us. We hesitantly rescheduled the appointment and told them to please send us an accurate appointment reminder for whatever date they schedule us because we cant make another 1 hour trip and have the same thing happen. A week later, I get a call saying that I had missed my appointment and they are considering it a no show and that I cannot redeem my coupon. I looked through my email and spam inbox and NO email from them at all. I no longer wish to fight this because I dont feel its worth it. This establishment is very unprofessional and disorganized. The front desk lady was complaining the whole time how they have so many of these Groupon, Living Social, etc deals that its hard to keep track of them or even find space to schedule people in. I have learned my lesson and will be paying full price in center city Phila for a spa that treats me like a queen for the day. Anshul Gambhir, you should be ashamed of your staff. Quality over quantity is important in a successful business practice.

Dr. Its wonderful when everything go smoothly. He pushed Scott to her on me which was extremely painful and made me look like I had jowlsHe also did a injections under my eyes again with two black eyes for two weeks. He never offered to refund my money he only offered to give me an injection to take the puffiness the way. I spent $350 for that service plus I dont know another 350 for the scope to her. I was very unhappy. I decided to give the doctor a Nother shot and possibly go in for a scope to her and for Botox. But he offered me at like $100 off of my service after being the satisfied so I decided I will never be back

I made an appointment based on a Groupon special they were running. Dr Gambhir made recommendations - did the consultation and injections. At first I thought this might be too much and I was afraid because I had some Botox in the past around my eyes that I was very unhappy with - he assured me that I would have a different result. He is calm and reassuring - the assistants were kind and helpful - I LOVE my RESULTS !!! My bruising and swelling was minimal. I highly recommend and will be life long patient.

I had an excellent experience during my facial at Gambhir. I really appreciate that the person doing the facial was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and my skin type. I have started to use their recommendations and now would not change off the products. You not only get a relaxing and nourishing facial, but also excellent help on selecting skin products that are just right for your skin type and excellent instruction on how and when to use them.

I had an excellent experience here today! I had a laser treatment by Tina and she was very kind and gentle. I was warmly greeted by Barbara and attended to immediately. I found the office to be very warm and relaxing. The service did not take long and I have already scheduled my follow up appointment. I highly recommend this office and their services. I find the prior review to be inaccurate. I used my Groupon for my services and it is a very good deal.

This was my first time getting anything done to my body. The staff were so very kind and I felt welcomed and relaxed. Today, I got lip injections by Dr. Gambhir in the KOP location. Dr. Gambhir spoke to me the whole time during the procedure and was very conscious that I was feeling okay. They were so kind and honored last months sale. I will be going back to him for the same procedure when I need more injections! I highly recommend Dr. Gambhir!

I purchased a groupon for a TCA peel but will wait till the fall since I like spending time in the sun but at 46 Im anxious to start working on anti-aging and hormonal acne treatment. Susan gave me one of the best facials I ever had! I opted for a facial with microdermabrasion and added a collagen eye treatment. My skin glowed. I was so please that I scheduled another facial for 3 weeks out. Thats next week and I cant wait!!

By far my favorite doctor to visit! Reason Being: The thorough way in which Dr. Gambhir explains everything before, during and after every procedure. I never leave with that feeling of "I wish I didnt have that procedure" because every decision made is a collaborative decision with no sense of being pressured into anything and full disclosure on what the expected outcome should realistically be.

I just had juvederm ultra plus injected in my lips and I absolutely love it. I had Lindley Gallagher who was beautiful, informative and very friendly! She made me feel very comfortable, answered all questions and eased me through my first procedure. I will definitely be going back. The office was clean and absolutely beautiful! Make sure to check for a Groupon before going, I paid $285 with mine!

I went for my first laser hair removal treatment on my bikini line today. The office is beautiful, not "clinical" looking at all. the woman who did my treatment was very nice, and the procedure was quick but not rushed. I will hopefully write another review after a few treatments!
