This review pertains to the OBGYN office: I set my appointment here for 7:30 AM and the medical office door was still shut. I waited for another 15-20 minutes and then left because like everyone else, I have a job to go to. So I get a phone call around 9 where the woman is apologizing and says she did not arrive until 8:00AM . -___- I said but I didnt set my appointment at 8:00 AM it was set for 7:3 AM. I rescheduled my appointment to next Friday same time slot. I arrive on time but this time the tech tells me she does not have th3 equipment she needs. Mind you, last night she called me to confirm the appointment. Wouldnt it have been better if you prepared everything the day before ? I will not recommend anyone to come here. Yes it is convenient to many of us south shore residents but dont risk coming to this office. They are unpunctual and do not have proper equipment or enough just in case one breaks. Do not come here .

terrible only gets one star because the only people who seemed concerned for my Mother was the food staff dirty, no one paid any attention to call bell, shared bathroom very dirty smelled like urine, urine in bathroom being collected never emptied by staff only family members so my Mother could use bathroom, roommate had pneumonia with very active cough, the room was never cleaned in days, now my mother has pneumonia- NOT what she was in hospital for...mother had safety alarm on bed, she had to get up alarm went off no one came.. she could have been on the floor- she had to walk down the hall to get staff to turn it off- I have to many examples of her poor care and we took her home

Absolutely do not go here. They had me sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours just to tell me that my dr left. Had to ask another dr for help because when I asked the nurses station for help they told me to sit and wait. Didnt even bother checking on my case. Then they discharged me with extreme back pain and now I have to walk 4 miles home crunched over in extreme pain. Waste of an entire day where I couldve gone to a real hospital that would help me.

I had the worst experience today in the Emergency room. The doctor on duty saw me once and never examined me just asked me a couple of questions. I had a CT scan and lab work and the nurse on duty comes to me and says everything looks normal has me sign release papers tells me I can go get dressed in the bathroom. No doctor to come over and explain any lab results or any follow up. Im discussed with the care I received here.

Presented with cellulitis. Left with infection caused by not cleaning the site where the needle entered my shoulder. Today its red, swollen and I was told to contact my primary care physician in downtown Boston when I called to complain. That doctor is not taking calls today due to too many calls. Are nurses no longer expected to use a alcohol swab on such sites as where a tetanus needle will go in.?

By far the worst hospital... The Nurse seemed uninterested in my condition they took X-ray of my wrist the nurse there once again uninterested in my condition as well ...THE EMERGENCY ROOM IS NO GOOD...They dont care about you at all... Worst visit ever...

This hospital is absolutely the best !! Everyone is friendly, professional, helpful. The Drs talk to you in terms you understand. I have been dealing with a few different departments and I have to say all are AMAZING. Thanks to the entire staff !!!

Jen and Jenna- RN nurses; awesome af! Oh! And Solange she was great, all were helpful. Not saying I wanna get sick but if I did, Id rather be here...Great service for a first timer yesterday 24th Thursday March 2017.

Terrible service i had the severe flu i could barely walk and i waited for 4 hours and was still never seen i eventually had to leave and take any over the counter remedy. Rude staff too save yourself the trouble

Ive had to go to the ER twice and both times I was very well taken care of. The doctors and nurses responded promptly and knew exactly what to do.

I wouldnt suggest coming here if you have extreme anxiety. They do not handle it well. They actually make the situation worse.
