This is the best vet clinic in the Twin Cities! In addition to providing high quality, affordable vet care for our animals, Marschall Road Animal Hospital has a pleasant, non-threatening atmosphere for animals and a welcoming attitude toward new clients. We have always received excellent service, and weve taken our cats and dogs to this clinic for more than seven years. From the reception staff to the vet techs and veterinarians, everyone is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell these people love animals. In addition, this is THE place to go if you want to really understand what is happening with your animals care. You can ask questions and expect thorough, helpful answers in response. When our cat had a small growth on his skin, we were really worried. Dr. Miller walked us through the procedure hed be doing to remove the growth and told us what to expect. He answered all of our questions and even explained things we hadnt thought to ask. When he removed the growth a few days later, our cat recovered quickly from surgery. The clinic got back to us sooner than we expected with the results of the biopsy too. Thankfully, it was benign! Dont listen to the crazies out there. Marschall Road Animal Hospital is truly the best choice for animal care in Shakopee, MN or anywhere in the Twin Cities metro area. We wouldnt think of going anyplace else!

Our dog loves going here! I can’t imagine what the negative reviewers are talking about, but we have been taking our pets here since the day we got our dog – six years ago and have always had excellent service. We are always greeted with warm smiles from the staff and our dog thoroughly enjoys all the attention he gets from the wonderful vet techs. He has never once been afraid to enter the clinic since all he has are positive experiences there, even when he has been very sick. We have been extremely happy with the doctors as well – they always perform a very thorough exam, explaining what they are checking for which is great because it helps me learn what to look out for in the future as warning signs of illness. They are professional and friendly and will often go out of their way to ensure we have a great experience. After six years of amazing service, we wouldn’t consider taking our animals anywhere else.

Our puppy had problems regurgitating ever since we brought her home. Marschall Road helped us from the beginning and diagnosed our puppy, Murphy, with Megaesophagus. After the diagnosis, they were able to answer all our questions along with researching the answers they didnt know right away. They always called to check up and to ask if we had any more questions. I was always very happy with our visits and so was our dog! She LOVES going to the vet. Im so sad we are moving out of state and need to find a new vet. Even after telling them about our move, they said to continue to call if we had any questions. I highly recommend Marschall Road!

Honestly we can not say enough good things about this place. Weve taken both our dogs to Marschall Road Animal Hospital and theyve taken excellent care of both of them. They really do have the best interest for our pets in mind, and their costs are reasonable especially for the quality of care. Today we took our older dog for surgery and they took amazing care of her (shes currently happily snoring on the couch). They walked us through the whole thing beforehand and provided updates throughout the surgery so we wouldnt have any surprises afterwards (with Lucy or with the cost). We have and will continue to recommend them to fellow pet families.

We have been taking our dachshund to this clinic since he was born about two years ago. We have had an EXCELLENT experience every time. The staff have always been very helpful, and really do care for the well being of our dog. They are proactive and remind us when our dog needs an update to his vaccinations or checkup. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic, and caution anyone against judging this clinic based on the comments of those that are voicing negative complaints here.

I wanted a second opinion on an issue with my dog, which I was very unsatisfied with the other Vet clinic in Shakopee. This clinic has a very friendly receptionist and a Vet who listened to my concerns and validated them with her very thorough exam of my dog. They were able to get me in quickly and the Vet spent a lot of time discussing possible diagnoses and possible treatment options. I will definitely be switching to this clinic. Thanks

I was SUPER pleased with this place. Im not even a regular client of theirs and they fit me in to their booked schedule because I had a very sick cat and my vet was out of town. They were very interested in my cats health and thorough in their practice. They reviewed notes from my regular vet, suggested appropriate care, and gave her a caring exam. They were all so friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

Love these guys!!! My kitty Ella has been coming here since she was a youngin. The vets are wonderful and knowledgable and the techs are all so nice and friendly and you can really tell as soon as you walk through the door that these guys here at Marschall Road Animal Hospital love what they do and will treat your pet with the best care possible :]

My wife and I love the people at Marschall Road Animal Hospital. You can tell the vets and the rest of the staff really care about what they do. The care they have provided to our dogs over the years has been above and beyond the call of duty! If you want your furry friends to have the best veterinary care possible, this is the place to go!

There a great vet the only problem I have with them is that they make it very hard to get your pets meds anywhere but at there clinic Its a lot more expensive to get them there. They either need to bring there prices down to fall more in line with the meds at places like 1800petmeds or make it easier to get them from places like that.

Our dog got her ACL surgery here and everything went great. Shes been going to Marschall road since we got her 4 years ago and weve never had anything but the best treatment. Mark and Gabby are some of the friendliest techs Ive ever met and they treat Chloe like shes their own.

This was my first time at the Marschall Road Animal Hospital. I didnt make an appointment, but when I walked in, I was greeted right away and the doctor was able to see my dog right away. They were very helpful and caring. I will go back again, if needed!

Very friendly when I took my puppy here for his first appointment. They were very helpful and informative and willing to answer any questions I had for them. They are also very friendly over the phone, compared to many other vets I have been too.

My 2 dogs loved this place. All the vets and assistance where all very helpful every time even for the last time when our pets where brought there when we lost them in a fire. Would recommend this place to anyone
