Our mini poodle, Stroodle, was throwing up everything she ate. We are traveling in our 5th wheel and treatment in Houston was unsatisfactory. The staff at Ratcliff gave her an early appointment. We were immediately reassured by the loving way she was treated. They tested and xray ed her and treated her at the clinic for the day. She is now much better. They also charged very reasonable rates.

Great vet clinic! Dr. Ratcliff and his staff are there for the animals, and it shows! Ive taken animals to various vets around shreveport/bossier, and they are by far the most affordable, and care the most about the animal and its survival.

Keith has had quality issues in recent years with his employees. I have discovered mistakes in dosages of medicines in recent years and the errors were not just one time. I just moved on to a new vet after 15 years here
