I have taken my two Siamese cats to Dr. Williams for almost eight years. My cats are truly comfortable with Dr. Williams and her staff and I know that they are loved dearly by her staff. I feel like we are working together to ensure their health and well being and my cats respond to the love and nurturing. Giving blood for tests, etc. can be very stressful for cats, but the staff do everything they can to put the cats (and their owner!!) at ease. Dr. Williams and her staff (especially our beloved Chrissy) take the time to explain diagnoses and treatment with me and give loving advice. Since I started going to Dr. Williams, I moved further away, resulting in a much longer commute to the vet-- however, it is worth it as I can see the love and trust my cats have for the staff at Fleur Pet Hospital. One of my cats has been battling pancreatitis, which can be a very serious diagnosis in cats. I have felt like we have battled this as a team and that my cat is receiving the best possible treatment. The results have been phenomenal, and I owe this to Dr. Williams and her wonderful staff at Fleur Pet Hospital. Few things I value as much as my cats health, and therefore I am a faithful client at Fleur Pet Hospital.

When my wife and I were looking to get a puppy, we called the vets in our area to get an idea about first year care and rates. Dr. Lisa Williams staff took the time to discuss every vaccination, heath screen and procedure we should expect in the first year and relayed the anticipated costs for each of them. They thoroughly educated us before we had ever spent a dime with them. No other vet in the area came close to their level of service and knowledge. Since then(5 years), they have been a wonderful resource for us. Our dog even gets excited when we pull in because the entire staff treats her with love and is interested in keeping her healthy. She just likes going to the vet. Its obvious that the health of my pet is their top priority and I have never felt pressured into products or services that my dog doesnt need. They make sure I get reminders when shes due for her vaccinations and screenings and their prices on Heartgard and Frontline beat those online. Their boarding prices are also some of the best around and I know shes going to have fun when I have to leave her there.

My puppy Moose was not feeling the best so I brought him in to see Dr. Williams. She has been nothing but amazing. The staff is always right there to make you feel comfortable and feel at home. Dr. Williams needed to do G.I. foreign body surgery. I knew he was in good hands. While visiting Moose, Dr. Williams, talked through everything with me and helped me understand what was going on. Chrissy, one of her nurses, was so helpful with educating me on what needed to be done and why. I would encourage everyone to check out Fleur Pet Hospital for any of your pet needs.

I love how kind, caring and personable Dr. Lisa, as well as the staff are. I brought a stray cat that adopted us when we bought our house to her for his rabies shot and check up. The care she showed to him was all I needed to see for me to want to bring my two dogs and two inside cats to her practice, even though I was using another vet. She shares her knowledge freely about caring, and giving the best care for your pets. I would and I do highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vet.

I took my Idgy to Fleur Pet Hospital, she was very sick. Dr .Lisa Williams and her team diagnosed her and prepared a plan to heal her. She was in Intensive Care for 2 days - the crisis was over. Dr. Williams and her staff saved her life. They really do care for our pets like their own. I would recommend them to anyone-I cant thank them enough. P.S. Idgy loves everyone there and Doggy Daycare is the best!

We had a great experience this morning when we brought our Aussie puppy in for her initial visit. Dr. Williams, Sherry the vet tech, and the entire staff were so great with her. They were very accommodating and answered all of our questions. We recommend Fleur Pet Hospital to all new pet owners. It is an affordable, professional, and very clean place!

Friendly, caring staff; feel like my pets are safe and will get the best of care when I take them or leave them there. The dogs eagerly walk into the clinic and are not afraid. I feel like they really understand my dogs and truly want to do what is best for them. I like the reminders when they are due for shots or need more meds.

Our first appointment was today, with our 10 wk old puppy. The entire office staff made us feel right at home. We feel weve found the right facility for our little "Bo". They paid attention to everything we said. Explained everything they were doing and suggesting. We feel confident that our Bo will receive excellent care here.

I was in-between vets when my cat got sick. Thank goodness I found Fleur Pet Hospital. Not only was Dr. Willimas there past closing on a Saturday, but she had other staff there helping and was willing to stay even later to take care of my pet without so much as an appointment.
