Huge waste of time. I cannot bring another driver with me for a simple eye exam and I absolutely cannot drive myself home safely with my eyes dilated. Every other eye doctor Ive visited has gladly accepted that I refuse eye dilation and moved on with the exam. Ion Vision told me that I can either pay 50 dollars to do the new photographic eye exam or that I can be dilated, but I cannot refuse both. Theres absolutely no reason to require patients to do something that theyre uncomfortable with especially after I stressed to them that I cannot drive myself safely with my eyes dilated. Its too bad Lens Crafters changed their providers to Ion Vision. I used to love the all in one convenience of this store.

Dr. Watson was awesome! I had an appointment scheduled and he even squeezed my fiance in for an eye exam as well. He goes over everything with you in detail about all your tests and results and has you leaving with a smile. By far the best eye doctor I have ever had! THANKS DR. WATSON!
