i bought my glasses with a one year warranty from the South Towne mall and loved it. The costumer service was GREAT they knew their stuff and really helped me out. When My warranty was coming to a close, I called and got them re ordered. But because I no longer lived close to that store I had to find a different one. First off, they ordered me the wrong pair of glasses. Which shouldnt have happened because they HAD THE INFORMATION on the previously purchased ones. Not only that, the 2 ladies that were there waiting for me were SO rude. the worst costumer service. totally an "I dont care" attitude. Slowly dragging their feet to come help me, very rudely answering the phone while I was TRYING to talk to them, and I say trying because they were texting all the while. they said they would get the right pair ordered. Great, that was 3 months ago. Its not their fault its on back order but it is there fault that the passed 6 times Ive called, they say they will call and talk to Oakleys and in about an hour call me back. Guess what they have never done???? It is not MY JOB to take care of YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE and make sure you follow through with what you say. These are $200.00 sunglasses otherwise I would say F^^CKthe year warranty and just get the money back I paid for it. This has been ridiculous. if you live close to this Lenscrafters, take a scenic route and go to a different one. It is what I will be doing from now on.

After spending a significant amount of time going over what glasses to buy and fitting and discussing my insurance plan and what costs would remain, the slimy salesman then quoted me a much higher price than previously discussed. It was nearly the exact same price as buying without insurance. It turns out that they jack up the price when you have insurance and sell glasses to you at regular price when you dont have insurance. They pretend you get a discount when buying without insurance. The lady on the phone from my insurance company asked to speak with the salesman and he told me that he does not have time for this crap. This was an insane way to act. This a scam. I am left with glasses that I cannot focus in correctly after they promised they have the best fitting procedure of anyone. I shouldnt have taken glasses from them but I was in a bad position and needed them immediately. They are liars.

So helpful! We looked at a couple of different places to get glasses and ended up going here because my spouse absolutely loved the glasses he found here. The employee helped us find what we wanted and answered all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable and gave no pressure to buy. The other employee who helped us when we actually purchased the glasses gave us a 50% off frames and glasses coupon that saved us a ton of money! Everyone was so great and I definitely would buy glasses here again even though they are not supported by our insurance. My husband talks all the time about how happy he is with his glasses and I was very happy with the service we received. Great store!

We changed eye doctors and the new one doesnt sell glasses so we came here. They were just as expensive as getting them at the old eye care place plus they wanted me to pay for an extended warranty (their warranty is only 30 days - it was 2 years for free at the other place). Well, I opted to not get it and sure enough, a spring broke on my glass after 2 months so now they just fall off my face. My $800+ pair of glasses is now worthless. I did take them back but the manager said too bad, you are out of the warranty period and you didnt buy the extended warranty. Needless to say, I am running back to my old place to get the replacements and will not go to Lenscrafters ever again.

Not 2 weeks after purchasing a complete frame and lenses, the lens started to bubble on the inside. I took them back under their nice 30 day return policy to have the lenses replaced. The manager told me I was responsible to make the purchase of discounted lenses with my insurance. After arguing for a breif time. Manager finally allowed me to take advantage of the return poolicy. Just a heads up. SEARS optical is the same company and will have same lenses and frames for a fraction of the msrp.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have never wrote a review for a place of business before, but this merited it. I have never had a worse experience attempting to buy anything in my life. LensCrafters lied to my face for over an hour. I dont know what theyre trying to pull off but Ill have none of it. They denied doing things that they clearly did. They treated me like an idiot, they did not take my concerns seriously in the slightest. I will never go back.
