When I was complaining about the cost of eye exams and glasses at a private optometrist a friend suggested that I try Costco. I would never have considered it, but Im happy I took that advice. Everyone from the Optometrist to the staff have been professional and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I hate there optical department. Every single time I go to pick up my contacts it takes 30 min or more. They need to either have more workers or some kind of system to where they can take care of pick up customers quicker. It is beyond ridiculous and Costco lost my business because of it.

Been getting our families glasses here for over 15 years. Love the customer service and we can get glasses adjusted and minor repairs at any Costco for free
