My mother had a horrible experience here getting my little sisters glasses. They first of all, refused my little sister translating for my mother that doesnt know English. If you dont have someone to translate then I would think letting someone who has their own translator and speaks both languages just fine should be good enough. After my little sister picked out what glasses she wanted they went back when they were called saying the glasses were ready. They had totally different glasses than she had picked out. The lady raised her voice at my mother telling her she had called them and asked to change the glasses to those ones. Can someone please explain to me how first of all she called and told you guys to change something when she doesnt even speak English? And second of all, how is anyone supposed to call and change glasses? Are they supposed to describe them to you and youre just supposed to guess which ones theyre talking about? It doesnt make sense. They have horrible customer service and dont know how to do their job right. After how they treated her there, my mom didnt want to go back to any Nationwide Vision location even though thats what her insurance covered. She saved up and spent her own money at another location that treated them with respect. Its not the first time they make a mistake and are horribly rude to them.

THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS! There is only 1 male working there and he seems to be the most cheerful person. All the ladys must be on the rag or something. This is a horrible place. My 2nd time going to a Nationwide. The lady at the front doesnt know how to greet people. I couldnt understand her. She supposedly has an accent. These people could care less about customers. Its a job and they just go through the motions. The young lady that does the exams seems to dislike her job. Her body language and attitude says it all. The manager is a lier. She must be afraid of the people she works with because she dont care how customers are treated. Wal Mart next door has better customer service then these females that work here do. I read a review that said customer service has been horrible 3 years ago. Wow 3 years?!!!!! It has not changed.

Went in there trying to buy glasses, and no one gave me any help at all. I did not get asked if I needed help by anyone, any help, and I stood at the desk for thirty minutes wait on anyone to help me out. They just kept cleaning, and acting like I was not even in the store. I finally gave up, and just left the store. I ordered my glasses of line instead. Very poor service.

This place is has horrible customer service! ! I called to set up appointment and make sure I was in network and she said yes. My appointment was @8; 45am and I did not get seen till 10:25 in which I was told I was out of network. On top of that the lady was making racist comments about my sons hair because he is biracial. I walked out in disgust.

Good service one time, less than stellar the next. I was forgotten last time I went in. Checked in and waited 45 min. Finally asked if I would be seen that day, the woman looked flustered, but to her credit admitted her mistake. I come here because my insurance covers this company. Really would like to go somewhere else.

I called multiple times but I was put on hold for quite sometime. The receptionist got back to me, in the middle of trying to schedule an appointment the receptionist says "hold on I have to attend to these customers". What Im not a customer?? Poor/horrible customer service! I took my business elsewhere.

Upset that I couldnt receive my lens prescription, paid 50+ for nothing if I cannot purchase contact lenses without having a prescription. Now I have to pay 50+ dollars again if I want a print out of my contact lenses prescription. How is that? Umm no thanks wont be visiting a Nationwide as of now.

They have always been so helpful i have been with theme for 3 years now and the manager Has always helped out with getting me the best brand and prices she has gone above and beyond and supplied me with extra contacts for free until my yearly visit is due.

wonderful service. They go above and beyond to help me in solving any insurance issue. I have been going to this location for years and my family and I have always been greatly received. Glasses only take a week or less to arrive usually.

The workers were rude and were not much help. The eye doctor literally did not tell me any details about my eyesight. It was just terrible. I suggest you go to another eye doctor because I am positive it is better than this place

The main lady in charged is really rude. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. There is a lot of miscommunication with the staff. The only positive experience was the main doctor.
