After 16 years with Dr. Bhalla, sadly, I have finally come to the conclusion he is nothing more than a tool for big pharma and a stamp pad jockey. I really felt he had sensitivity in his evaluation of my condition, but after my GP turned down some of the drugs he was attempting to prescribe to me, (dangerous drugs used on catatonics!) I started to look closer. Just Recently I was sureptitiously discharged from dr. Bhallas office, because I huffed and puffed and "slammed a door" over the new policies of "drug testing". It Seems like Dr. Bhallas office cares if I am a dope addict, but not if I am in liver failure due to the meds they are prescribing to me. Or the fact that he tried to prescribe a drug that even the pharmacy refused to supply me it was so dangerous. Besides the wait times are phenomenaly long. They charge you if you are late, but will bump you with less than 24hrs notice to another day with no repercussions to them... and frankly the trying new drugs out on me cause some rep came in and pushed him to sell em to me really bothers me. Seems like solving the problems his pocket book presents to him is more important than solving any issues I may have... Im certainly not going to get better, or get relief from anything that I already have, at this location, with this doctor. Good luck to you.

I love Dr. Bahla but the Manager, Denise, at his Sun City location treated me very poorly today. I asked her if my paperwork I had left last week was ready and she said we are not going to fill out this paperwork. As a patient she should of know that I am already sick and that I did not need someone yelling at me and telling me that I got the wrong information from Dr. Bahlas nurse. She said, " Well I am going to have a talk with her because she gave you the wrong information." I asked if I could please speak to Dr. Bahla and she said he would not call me back concerning this situation. I then told her that I need to talk to him because Im not feeling well. She said she would tell him to call me but that never happened. I have never been treated so horrid in my life. I have been so upset all day that I have done nothing but cry. With no call back and sitting here still in pain at almost midnight. I made an appointment with family doctor in the morning. I hope that she can help me out. Denise you need to learn to be more compasionate especially working at a Doctors office.

I love Dr. Bhalla, he was actually the doctor that diagnosed me with Lupus when I was 14years old(39 now) He is very patient and makes you feel that he actually knows what hes talking about. Unfortunately the same cant be said for the offices policy. Dont you dare have an emergency or miss an appointment like in my case my daughter woke up very sick and I had to take her to the hospital. I did my part by notifying them yet they counted it as a no show. The second missed appointment my cab from my insurance arrived at my appointment time. I again made sure to contact them and I was advised it would be up to the Doctor I was supposed to see that day. (Dr. Peter) and he refused to allow me to reschedule. Even worse I got the notes from the office that I was refusing to see a provider??? Where did that even come from. Doctors read that type of stuff and judge us and in my case refuse to see us so then we have to wait another three months.

At 36 years old, I shouldnt be seeing a rheumatologist. Yet here I am. I started seeing Dr. Ravi Bhalla as a second opinion. My previous rheumatologist was by far getting me no where, and I was just progressively getting worse. Dr. Bhalla has ALWAYS taken the time to talk to me. If I have a question after the fact, Ive sent him messages through the patient portal and always received prompt advice, either by message or his nurse will call me. He has been compassionate and understanding. Ill live with my condition the rest of my life, and Im glad I have Dr. Bhalla as part of my team of doctors.

I have been seeing Dr. Ravi Bhalla for a while. At 10 AM, when i was signing, i noticed, that i was the 25 th person, How he can see an average of 10 persons in one hour? Dr. Ravi Bhalla has no more than couple of minutes for patient? Is it the Quality of time? Scheduling is difficult too! Office manager Ms. Denese is hard to deal with. They have to change their negative attitudes, and help the patients

The girls answering the phones are the rudest people Ive ever came across so rude and disrespectful I transferred out of this office due to lack of respect for the patient and Dr. Bhalla doesnt spend anytime with you or go over anything with you.....this office needs a clean up through out the entire office fire and rehire new people....

Dr Bhalla doesnt seem to care for his patients walking in and out within 2 minutes if even. Barely speaks to you and NEVER actually looks at you in the eye and talks to you... I had questions for him and he never gave me a chance to actually talk.... Staff is not very kind either.

I have always had a good experience in this office and with Dr. Bhalla. He explains why he does what he does and prescribes. The bone density tech is very pleasant and welcoming.

Appointment at 9am. Still Waiting to be called back. All for a simple injection. Maybe they need to hire someone to handle their injections only. This is ridiculous.
