Ive been a patient of Jeff for almost twenty years. I have referred many friends and colleagues to this superb practice. I have never had to wait. I have always been treated with respect. My needs have been attended to as if I were a member of the family. Lisa, with whom I often talk to schedule appointments or discuss concerns, is a kind and supportive soul who has the ability to answer my questions in a way that calms my anxiety. I recently had a difficult procedure, involving many changes, and stopped in without an appointment to talk with her and explain my concerns. She asked Jeff to talk with me, and he made the time in his very busy day to do so. Jeff even came in to work with me on his day off! Patrick met with me on a weekend to help with my discomfort! I cannot say enough about the professionalism, kindness, courtesy and highest regard that I receive here. These are a group of very special people, with talented dentists and assistants. And lets not forget Vicki. Because we know who really runs the show.....Thank you for your excellence.

I recently had work done on my front teeth at RVA Dental Care by Dr. Patrick Lawrence and I really love the results! I was nervous at first to get work done on my front teeth, but the staff and assistants were so friendly and welcoming right when I walked in the door that I immediately felt relaxed. I was seated right away in one of the rooms and was surprised by how quickly I was seen by Dr. Lawrence. He took the time to go over my goals and my case with me in detail before starting any work to make sure I was excited about the treatment and felt confident going forward. His assistants were all very gentle and kind too. I was very pleased with my experiences at RVA Dental Care and highly recommend Dr. Patrick Lawrence to all of my friends!

So, Im getting married in about a week and I called in with a dental emergency, and they were happy to schedule me right away. I needed my filling replaced and I was seriously bummed about going because I just knew the day would not be fun.....oh the contrary!!......it was the most pleasant experience ive ever had with any dentist. The staff at RVA Dental Care are all incredibly knowledgeable and helpful from the moment you check in until you walk out the door. Dr. Friend is compassionate about his work and took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the results before he finished up. Id recommend this dentist office to anyone who asked! RVA Dental Care is truly the best dentists office I have ever had the pleasure to visit. We have moved many times over the years and, as a result, I have visited many dentists. I can honestly say that RVA Dental Care is the ONLY dentists office Ive ever enjoyed visiting. To a one, every person you encounter at RVA Dental Care is warm, friendly and enthusiastic. You feel like everyone is excited to see you! It creates a relaxing atmosphere without the tension normally associated with dental work. I would heartily recommend RVA Dental Care to anyone!

The whole RVA Dental Care team works seamlessly to provide patients a fun (yep, I just said FUN!), comprehensive, and professional experience from regular maintenance to an implant if thats what you need (Ive had both). They work with you to develop a plan and then you get there together--financing and dentistry needs. Even the "background music" in there is fun, ha! Ill be a patient for a long time, thank you Dr. Friend and the amazing RVA Dental Care team!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Patricks for a couple years now, and I cannot recommend him and RVA Dental Care highly enough. Kind, warm, professional, accommodating -- pretty much all the things you want in a dentist. Theyve helped me with cleanings, standard cavity fillings, reconstructing a chipped tooth, Invisalign, and consultation on my awful teeth-grinding habit. Ive never been dissatisfied with my services there. Seriously, Id put 6 stars if I could.

I am delighted to have Dr. Friend and Dr. Lawrence as my familys dentists. The staff are very friendly and I think the longest Ive ever waited was a minute. They are professional, but with a down-to-earth style that makes you feel completely at ease. My children have never minded going to the dentist. They completely trust Dr. Friend and Dr. Lawrence to make going to the dentist a positive experience.

I went to see Dr.Friend and had a very good experience. I normally dread going to the dentist but he made me very comfortable with the whole procedure i needed to have done.He was very confident and knowledgeable in his work and made me feel good about what he was doing. Over all I am very happy with the work he has done and will continue to go back to his office for years to come.

My wife and I went to Dr. Friend and Dr. Spears after being referred by a Dr. Friend in Chester, Va (we saw the Chester Dr. Friend when we were younger). This office was fantastic. The staff and the dentists were great, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Definitively much better than our previous dentist experience (I will not name names). Id give them an A+++!

I have enjoyed both the hygienist that I have had over the 2 years I have been with Dr. Lawrence. Dr. Lawrence is very friendly. The entire practice was prompt and the experience was painless. The waiting room is quite roomy, but the individual rooms are somewhat small but I dont dock the practice for that because I care much more about customer service.

I just had to have 2 broken wisdom teeth removed and chose to go to RVA Dental care. Im glad I did as my dentist, Patrick, was extremely polite, informative, and calming with the whole procedure, which lasted maybe 10 minutes. Hes extremely good at what he does and the staff are all very pleasant. I definitely recommend this dental office.

Who likes going to the dentist? Nobody. But, going here was the most enjoyable and pleasant experience I have ever had at a dental office. I had a serious emergency at my home and was very late for my appointment, but they squeezed me in and did so with a smile and patience. WOW! I highly recommend this dental practice!

Dr. Friend is positively fantastic; he goes above and beyond to ensure that his patients are comfortable, properly cared for/treated - and most of all, happy with their visit! I am a huge fan of this office. I never have to wait to be brought back. The office is very comfortable and modern. The dentists and the staff are wonderful. They are friendly and fun. Wat?! A 5-star review for going to the dentist? You must still be under the influence of the nitrous oxide! No. Seriously. Dr. Friend, Dr. Lawrence, the entire staff at RVA Dental Care... they are the best of the best. Full stop. Pencils down. If they had Shiatsu exam chairs, youd think you were at a spa.
