First I need to let you know that this is Diana Lynn Ramirez, my maiden name is Collins. I have been seeing Dr Kassar and Michelle Terwilliger, N.P. since I was admitted to the hospital back in June of 2016. I was having all the classic signs of having MS for about 15 to 20 years, but it wasnt until Dr Kassar and Michelle ran the tests that it was diagnosed. I now have been put on Tysabri for the MS. I go to the office on a monthly basis to have it administered through by Michelle Terwilliger, N.P.. I have to be there for at least 2 hours. On the first visit I was very nervous, but Michelle has made me feel so much at ease. She makes sure that I am very comfortable and now the time goes by faster. She and the rest of the staff are so caring and great. I have many other things that I have to say about how great it has been going, but I dont want to run out of space.

I am so impressed by my medical care. Hands down the best practice I have ever been at. Dr kassar is so kind and support and bed side manner is amazing .! I also love my nurse practitioner Michelle Terwilliger is an outstanding, kind ,and comfort while going thru my MS transfusions. Michelle has an amazing amount of knowledge of f of MS and its symptoms she educated me on MS and the effect of the disease. Thanks to all of Dr. Kassar staff for outstanding service that they have given me!

This office was the best Ive been to in a long time. The staff was very friendly, the Dr was very thorough. it was fat service, and Michelle drew my blood and i did not feel a pinch. would recommend to anyone.
