GETTING APPOINTMENT, WHAT A JOKE, YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR DOCTOR, AND IT IS A GOOD THING THAT THE HOSPITAL CARE ENOUGH TO RE SEE YA. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR FIVE DAY TO GET APPOINTMENT AND EACH TIME YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL BACK TOMORROW. WHAT IS THE POINT, THE GUY SAID THIS MORNING WE HAVE NINE LINES AND ONE PERSON TO ANSWER THEM WHAT ARE THE OTHER NURSE DOING? AND LAST WEEK WHEN I CALLED HE WAS NOT EVEN SEE ANYONE, HOW DO YOU HAVE A DR OFFICE AND NOT HAVE SO ONE FILL IN WHEN YOU ARE NOT THERE...

DO NOT GO HERE! I called to make an appointment as a new patient, the receptionist continued to interrupt me telling me it would be a month before they would accept new patients, even though Im not new! That was my primary care provider assigned by my insurance. When I asked why I cant get an appointment she proceeded to ask me why I dont understand a simple statement like they are not accepting new patients and the HUNG UP ON ME! Horrible service! I will NOT BE GOING BACK!

Dr Aquino is not a pain management doctor he is a general practice, his clinic is a family clinic... Karen! you are lucky you got seen for pain management... Dr Aquino sees a lot of patient and pain mangement patients are just abusing his practice, shame on you all who cant handle pain without meds! I do admit services with the front window (check-in and check-out services) needs to be replaced. Dr Aquino offers fast service and great concerns to his patients.

They are very slow and as Im typing this review, Ive been in this waiting room for 40 minutes now. Some of the receptionists are very rude with a poor attitude also.
