In my young teenage years, I developed severe ingrown tonails on each big toe, at the exact same time, because I have the "hammertoe" condition which made my big toes develop large amounts of tissue that inevitably leads to ingrown toenails. Dr. Schussler not only did a fantastic job, but is actually the only doctor to operate on me (out of dozens of surgeries in my life) where it did not lead to life-threatening complications! Whats more, he used a "extreme strength freeze-spray" to numb my toes before the injection and operation (something most doctors stubbornly do not use out of not wanting to pay for it! His version was one of the strongest in the medical field!) it was so strong that it nearly created ice-crystals on my toes (a good thing, as it is meant to numb it enough to not feel the upcoming needle!) and not only did it make everything %100 pain-free, even the deep injection needle, but also the operation where about 1/8 of my toenails where cut off down to the root with surgical tools. It was absolutely stunning the lack of any pain whatsoever, and I personally watched the whole thing going on because I get nervous if I cant see it all in action! AND the best part is he used a skin-glue to attach the outter-rim skin back to the new edge of the nail, which created a PERFECT cosmetic result - you cant even tell it was ever done! Never had a single problem with those toes since and it has been at LEAST 15 years since I had that operation! Dr. Schussler was also very interested in explaining everything to me, very intent on taking things slow and steady, and enjoyed that I wanted to watch the procedure and learn about the everything that was going on. Fantastic experience! He was one of those doctors that was extremely knowledgeable, confident in the medical science (never did he look or sound confused at any step of the way), and I didnt ever hear a word of bad attitude (something Im VERY hot-topic about as so many other doctors have nearly ended my life after SIMPLE procedures that THEY wanted to be rude about!). Would go back to Dr. S for any foot needs, and thankfully, since he worked his magic, I havent had to! Great clinic!

At the first appointment I thought they were a nice office. Even though my appointment was at 830, and I didnt get seen until 945. However on my way for my follow up appointment I was in a car accident, and my sister was injured pretty badly, I missed this appointment. With everything that was going on I didnt think to call them and say hey, Im not gonna make it. A few days later I take a break from the hospital, come home shower, check my mail, etc. I get a letter from the office that is just plain mean, explaining I am now dropped as a patient since I missed my appointment. They didnt call to ask if everything was ok or to inquire why I missed, just decided to send a mean letter. So I warn anyone seeking care from them, be sure not to have any unexpected accidents or unforeseeable things come up, or else you too will get a mean letter and be dropped! Heres hoping all their future patients are psychic so they can give them a heads up about any upcoming accidents.

TRICARE PRIME WARNING- Dr Schussler was wonderful and his medical staff were knowledgeable and efficient, HOWEVER, if you are a Tricare Prime patient pls be aware that the office staff will try to charge you a copay as they dont check eligibility like they say they do. I have been there twice and informed them after the first visit that I do not have a copay and they said that I am the ONLY Prime patient that doesnt have one. The second visit was the same conversation and they tried to charge me again. I have verified this twice with Tricare after both visits and they confirmed this. I have explained this to the office staff and manager. Pls make sure your not getting charged also. Sorry to have such a terrible experience with the office staff after seeing such a great Dr. Disappointing to say the least.

My son had his initial appointment on 18 Sept. 2016. The staff were very patient and encouraging when they took x-ray of his feet. Dr. Schussler was very nice and made sure that my son was comfortable the whole entire time he was seen. We were scheduled To get a mold of his feet two days later and we had the same great experience as the first appointment. Ms. Teri answered questions that my son has about the procedure that was to be done that day and assured him every step of the way. They are a great team of people who understood the needs of my son and eased him of any anxiety he has towards treatment. Thank you so much!

My husband is a Diabetic & we have seen many, many doctors & this one is Definitely Worth the trip! Dr. Schussler & his staff are very friendly & make u feel at ease! Joking around to get your mind off of your pain or problems! Having a Clean facility was a must & they delivered! Even received a letter after the first visit telling us Thanks for choosing them! That really went above & beyond, cause any other doctor looks at you as a number not a person (they have stopped seeing you as a person that needs them & now they only sees $$$)! Dr. Schussler isnt like that, he really seems to care!

Its Mrs. Brandon who was Dr. Schusslers patient this time around , but it was because I well-remembered my own surgery by the Doctor back in 2004, which went extraordinarily well. My wife had a series of 7 laser treatments over a 3-week period, and was fitted for orthotics. Everything went just fine; shes breaking-in her new orthotics and feeling great. Dr. Schussler goes out of his way to put his patients at ease and keep them well-informed, and this is mirrored by his capable, highly professional staff. I unhesitatingly recommend Schussler Footcare Center to everyone.

I would not recommend this place if they paid me to. That is my rating, I have been seeing Dr Schussler for sometime and i thought everthing was fine but at my last visit was 10 dollars short to pay on my visit and the very rude office manager said that i would have to have some form of payment because she said that she was responsible for what happens at the office. She did not even check with Dr Schussler to see if that would be ok or not. I can honestly say that i have never been treated that poorly at a doctors appointment before. I definitely will never go back.

I finally gave in and saw a doctor about my foot pain. I had been living with horrible pain in my heels for years. I tried new shoes, cheap insoles, and loads of medications but nothing seemed to really help. Dr. Schussler was very professional and explained I had plantar fascitis. He gave me several options of treatment and I ultimately decided to try the laser treatment. I cant explain how glad I am about that choice. I have been telling everyone I know about the lasers. Thank you Dr. Schussler.

I really liked my experience here. The blonde nurse... I cannot remember her name unfortunately, was extremely nice and personable. What I like most about this place is they dont just shuffle you in and out, they actually care about your experience and whats painful or not, etc. I did wait an hour once for my appointment but stuff happens. I recommend for sure, especially for military families.
