My visit with the folks at Family Eye Group was exceptional. It started with Shea. He welcomed me and then introduced himself. Then he made sure I understood each thing he was going to do, even though I am over 60 and probably had been through most of it before. Dont misunderstand, he didnt go on about a bunch of stuff I already knew, just made sure I was aware of what he was going to do, gave me a chance to ask questions, then proceeded. Through each step he also made sure I was physically comfortable. All in all, this was a pleasurable experience. Then it was time for the optometrist. Although I dont recall her introducing herself, she did make sure I was comfortable and did a very thorough exam. It seems my vision has changed quite a bit in the last 18 months and it was clear to me that she checked everything she could to make sure it was not a physical problem, just an aging thing and the need for new eye glasses. I feel as though I received every pennys worth. I definitely recommend Family Eye Group to anyone for their annual eye exam, no matter where you purchase your glasses.

I had the best experience! I made an appointment for eye exam and contacts. 30 minutes after making my appointment online, I was called by the office (Jessica) to confirm my appointment. From that conversation they were really nice and made the process fast and easy! I had to bring my 5 year old and 1 year old with me! Dr. Bonds was very thorough and so nice! She made me feel comfortable and was very patience with my two little ones! Mr. Shea was excellent with prepping me for the doctor. Going to the eyedoctor for 15 years I have never had a better experience! Hands down will be back for the whole family!
