I brought my daughter here when she was 1 week old in January. Almost 3 months later a debit of over $150 was taken for payment from my checking account. I was under the impression that my insurance had covered 100% of the visit because they never sent me a bill. They never made any attempt to contact me. I had no idea that they saved my debit card information, the girl at the desk only asked for an id and a credit card which I thought was for identification purposes. When I called the billing department the woman explained that they do not send a bill, they just take your money. If they had ever made me aware of this policy I would have turned around and walked out. Also, the doctor she saw was not friendly. She was really pushy and shamed me for breastfeeding. She gave me terrible advice, telling me that I shouldnt feed her more than 15 minutes every 3 hours at 1 week old. She said any more than that and I was a human pacifier and I was spoiling my baby. If I hadnt done my own research and gone against the doctors advice I would have literally starved my child. That visit prompted me to find a new dr and Im so glad I did.

Rude staff. They all seam to have an attitued problem. We were told that our child wasnt welcome back because they didnt have her records which i singed off 3 different times so they could recieve them from her prior doctor. The care the doctors provide is poor. My child was sick and they saw her twice in one week and could not remember who she was or why she was seen. The doctors talked down to us for asking questions. And my child who is very friendly was terrified of them. They did not take their time at all. I also sat and waited for over and hour. The nurse opened the door and said " oh i forgot you were here". We will not be returning. If you want great care for your child THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!

I love the doctors there, the staff is pretty decent, but you can tell when theyre a bit overwhelmed. However, I havent had any negative experiences with them. When I recently moved out of the area over 30 miles away, I selected a pediatrician close to our new home and hated it! The short of the long....when I have to take my daughter to the doctor we make the 30+ mile drive, because thats how much I love Kids First!! I am always comfortable there, the office is clean, everyone is professional and the doctors are thorough.

Im in the military but our family is still in the area. My son has been a patient since he was 6months old and we purposely make our way back to this office for his wellness exams because we have always had such a positive experience. My son has seen all the providers here and they are a wonderful group. Hes now 3 and Im stationed in Great Lakes and well be making the 50mi trip when he needs a visit

I love my doctor!! But staff sucks! They dont want to work with you they have addittudes. They think they are the doctors and know everything! If my doctor wasnt at this office I would not continue to go here!

Dr Stroman is so great with my daughter. He always takes the time to answer my questions. I never feel rushed. And I love that they are huge vaccine and breastfeeding supporters.
