I work out 5 days a week and eat healthy...lots of juicing, veg, fish. I am 51 and although I am in decent shape...there was a pinch here and there that I wanted to get rid of. I had my love handles and outer thighs CoolScuplted and I am so happy! It has only been a 4-5 weeks and I already see a big difference. Even at my skinniest (about 110 lbs) I had a bit of a bulge on my thighs. It was such an easy process and Dr. Cheung and her staff were SOOOO awesome. They made sure I was comfortable and logged into wifi with my laptop while coolscuplting did its magic. It was a little pinchy...but no big deal. After I did get a little bruised and itchy, and numb...this lasted about 7-10 days I think. It was a little annoying...but WELL worth it. I wish I had know about this procedure sooner. I cannot recommend CoolSculpting or Dr Jessie Cheung enough. I also just did a chemical peel to get my face ready for the spring. I forget what it was called but it was one where you have less social downtime than others...so far I have no peeling, but they tel me that is not a bad thing. My skin looks great...so I would say it works. I want to go back and do my neck area. Dr. Cheung is so sweet, knowledgable and professional... and her facilities are beautiful.. Love her and would highly recommend!

I am 27 years old and I lost a bunch weight this year. My face has lost a lot of volume because of my weight loss. I scheduled an appointment at Dr. Cheungs office for a cosmetic consultation for filler and botox. I was in AWE when I walked in through the doors. Her clinic is BEAUTIFUL! Very elegant. Front desk was very polite, had me fill out my paper work, and as soon as I was done I was called back to the patient room. I didnt even get to sit down to wait, which is awesome! The medical assistant was very nice, asked me a few questions in regards to my past cosmetic history. Dr. Cheung herself was very very helpful, she mapped out my face so fast. She knew exactly what I needed and where I needed it. She is very knowledgeable about injectables and cosmetic products. She even gave me skin care regimen to use, such as retinols and good moisturizers. She and her staff explained me how to use my skin care regimen in detail. They were not in a hurry, they actually took their time with me. I love my results! My face and skin looks GREAT! Very natural, not over done, just what I was looking for. I will definitely go back and get more procedures done =)

I had an appointment September 23. The day before, I got a confirmation call confirming that I will be at my appointment on the 23rd,( I confirmed ) once I got there, they told me I did not have an appointment and that I was "an add-on" I ended up sitting in a room for 2 hours until I got to physically speak to the dermatologist..on top of that, the receptionist stated that my insurance would completely cover my appointment....about a month later I received a bill in the mail for $105,I would not recommend this place to anybody as they seem very unorganized, very over priced for their services, and EXTREAMLY careless about their clients.

I had a infini laser and I got permanent laser marks from that. Dr. Cheung told me it will fade but unfortunately its been 3 months and I still have laser marks and grids. I went for my follow up appointment and she asked me to get another laser treatment, what a scam. Due to her poor laser treatment, I got permanent scaring and she asked me to pay for another treatment. It was such a horrible experience and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go at that place. Please do yourself a favor and dont get a infini laser at this practice.

Dr. Jessie Cheung is one word.... FABULOUS. LOVE LOVE LOVE HER!! GREAT DOC, PATIENT, AND VERY INFORMATIVE. She took care of my face in no time flat. I had gone to see two other derms before her and neither one of them could help me, in fact one scared me and said I had lupus and wanted to cut a piece of my face off. Dr. Jessie Cheung looked at it and said exactly what it was, treated it, and it"s gone. Cant say enough about her. I recommend her hands down to anyone for any kind skin care or skin problem.

Dr. Cheung and the staff at DuPage Dermatology are really wonderful and competent. Ive seen many dermatologists and have been to many offices in the city of Chicago and in the suburbs, but this practice by far exceeds all others. Im very thankful to have found this doctor. She almost seems more concerned about my skincare needs than I do. She has a great balance between profession and comforting and I appreciate this. Id highly recommend giving this practice a try.

I have been a patient of Dr Cheung for some time now. I must say this is one office I enjoy going to the most. The staff are wonderful, they make me feel welcomed from the moment I walk in until the time I leave. Every visit with Dr Cheung has been a delight. Dr Cheung genuinely cares about her patients, she is always smiling and that makes me feel comfortable. She is professional and is loaded with great information. I look forward to my next visit.

I received filler for crows feet and she decided to use some filler around mouth also. When I left office I looked better because I was swollen. Later, not much difference. Later I decided to go back and try the filler for the lips because of my sons wedding. I received the filler March 13 and when I woke up the morning of March 18, my lips were totally like before. It was a total waste of money. Will NEVER go back.

Dr. Cheung is FANTASTIC! Highly informed and personable, she offers so many options for people who want to look and feel better. Her entire staff makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Great location and easy to make an appointment, too. Coming from Los Angeles where there is such a high standard for vitality and aesthetics, I feel lucky to have found Dr. Cheung so close in Burr Ridge!

Upon walking in, office is tastefully decorated and welcoming. Front staff was very nice and attentive. During my exam Dr. Cheung explained things as she went along. She spent time with me answering all my questions and making suggestions on my healthcare. I didnt feel rushed and walked away feeling well taken care of.
