We took our son to see Dr Hayden Franks. On his fourth visit, he was having trouble with the treatment (which was given by the nurse, never by Dr Franks), and was crying loudly. After about five minutes, Dr Franks came back in and told the nurse to stop. Next thing I know, were told that Dr Franks is giving us a referral to Childrens Hospital. Im sorry, but one time my son has a hard time at the office and Dr Franks doesnt want us back? Last I checked, doctors were supposed to help people, not push them off on others. I would not recommend Dr Franks to anyone, and since he is representing the Dermatology Group of Arkansas, I wouldnt recommend any other doctor there either. Of course, if you want a doctor who doesnt care about you or your treatment, Dr Franks is for you.

I had an appt. with Dr. Hayden Franks at 8:45 a.m. but due to a traffic accident on interstate I did not get there until 9:00 a.m. I was told that I had to reschedule due to being late. The receptionist told me he was behind and would not have time to see me. Ok.... how was he behind that early in the morning when I had not showed up at my time?? I told her I would wait for him to work me in cause I was in no hurry and would have waited til whenever he could see me that day but he refused! I HAD JUST DRIVEN 2 HOURS TO SEE THIS MAN AND HE REFUSED! I do not want to give my money to a doctor like this so will be hunting for a new dermatologist! Not that he cares anyway.

They lost a biopsy but said it wasnt them but the "lab". The lab said there was no sample to test. The lab is also a doctor listed in this facility - so regardless this was this clinics mistake. I get that mistakes happen. However, they were not willing to make it right and do the excision on their dime and instead sent me to a surgeon for further excision since we didnt know if it was cancerous. This cost me significant money out of my pocket. Further, both the doctor and the lab charged me for the lost biopsy for which I never received results. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE.

Extremely rude staff, one of the nurses wouldnt talk unless her hair was covering her nose because apparently the smoke smell was that bad?? Really. To busy with the eclipse to worry about the patients. Her doctor patient attitude sucked. They smelled that I smoked and immediately jumped to conclusions and offered things Ive been doing or already tried for the past 13 years. If you have hidradenitis suppurativa, I do NOT suggest Dr: Enns. She is absolutely not informed on hidradenitis suppurativa.

I have gone to Dr. Franks for a few years now. Last year we moved to Colorado. I have gone back to see him twice since we have moved. There is no one better, in my book! If I am willing to drive 18 hours or purchase a plane ticket to see a doctor, they are obviously outstanding in their field of work. To add icing to this cake, the office staff and nurses are awesome, as well. Thanks for being awesome, Derm Group! You guys are the best!

Around 3:00am one morning I woke up with a totally swollen eye and face and all types of severe allergic reactions. I simply went to Dr. Hayden Franks at 7:20am, not knowing anything about him. This is an awesome practice! Ive used Dr. Bressinck for many years. He has always taken great care of me, and when I developed a skin cancer on my face he sent me to a great young surgeon who did such a good job the scar is barely noticeable. Thanks Dermatology Group of Arkansas!
