I changed from another practice when moved to the area, I must say this is one of the worst offices I have been in, I have worked in pediatrics for over 10 years and I must say that this office is so unprofessional office ever. I know what my insurance will cover and not cover and to be told that you refuse to see my daughter until we do a hearing and vision which I know my insurance will not pay for because she already had it done for the year and she needed this appointment to receive shots to start the 6 grade is highway robbery. Also you administer the HPV vaccine with out my permission, and they your explaination is that it wont hurt her. UNACCECTABLE. Parents beware of this office. I also my sister took he kids also my niece immunization record was mixed up with another child with the same name and date of birth, my niece had to play catch at age 3. Just BEWARE, Her husband is the office manager and believe me he has her back at all times. Write the medical board if you have any problems.

I took my children for a well child check up which is covered 100% under my insurance. During the visit, the nurse asked if they had any other medical problems or things that I wanted reviewed. I asked her if she could refer a doctor that specializes in umbilical hernia repair and they charged me and my insurance company under the guise that the visit was not for an annual check up. Simply because I asked for a referal. I called and disputed the charges and advised them that I had reported this fraud to my insurance company. Unfortunately my husband had already paid the charges and the office manager claimed they would reimburse it. I have yet to be repaid. Not only are their office practices questionable, the service was rushed and below expectation. Take your children somewhere else.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Drayton, Ashley; the receptionist, Shelby, and the rest of the staff. I never feel like Im just a parent of a patient. My children and I feel like the favorite family, but Ive noticed that all of her patients are favorites. We live in the UAE and I still call and talk about medical concerns with Dr. Drayton. Princeton Lakes Pediatrics is the next stop after leaving the airport when we first arrive In State. After living abroad for over 6 years, it is very important to keep up with immunizations and other medical concerns for my children. If you are looking for a pediatrician who really becomes a member of the family, Dr. Drayton is the best choice

I totally disagree with the previous reviews I have three children whom have been going here since birth, with that being said I have watched this place flourish, and seen its growth! During this time I have always been treated kind and have especially enjoyed catching up with Ashley the receptionist! I love Dr. Drayton Pendergrass and would highly recommend her! Yes at times the wait can be a little annoying but I would much rather wait knowing that my child is givin the proper time a care. This practice has grown tremendously since first opening a few years ago. Im not sure what other patients are experiencing because we have had a pleasureable one each time!

Now that I think about, I dont even know why chose to take my newborn here with all of these negative reviews. Im usually better at picking places out based on their reviews. I guess I just had to see it for myself. The doctor they have on the picture was great I loved my first visit. She was friendly. However the next visit I saw a completely new doctor. RED FLAG #1. I absolutely did not like her and was ready to change doctors as soon as I left. I dont feel like going into detail. Im just disappointed with myself for not doing more research. (First time mom) if you have the same amount of 1 reviews as you have 5 Im guessing its a hit or miss situation

My son has been going here since birth. Dr. Drayton is great, but if you go to the Atlanta location you will not be seen by her. I brought my son in for some issues and was rushed and was told (not by Dr Drayton) that hes fine. I was also told to administer a home remedy. Fast forward 3 months later and the issues are back and my son is in the ER getting breathing treatments and a ton of medication due to possible asthma. The ER docs couldnt believe that nothing was done when I brought the issues up to his pediatrician. Thats just how terrible his condition was. The search for a new ped begins. Terrible because this office was so convenient.

I am so frustrated with this office they are not on time with their appointments doctors are constantly taking weeks of the time off but you have to wait on them to request records so you may have to wait on retrieving any records for a week or two. Do not come to this office it is an organized the personnel are rude there are some that are nice and genuinely nice but overall rude there is one doctor Miss mrs. Brown home is extremely rude my son he said he did not want to even see her ever again because of how rude she was to him and that is enough for me.

This has to be the absolute worse customer service I have EVER experienced. I can never get anyone on the phone, including the office manager. I have left numerous messages over a 2 1/2 week period in regard to my nephews medication and have not received a response. I work for a major Healthcare provider and we, under no circumstances accept this level of service from our physicians. I can definitely admit that what was at first considered a convenience has become a major inconvenience.

They are always switching doctors. Some of them like to try to rush, i had to remind one of the doctors about getting my sons shots. Its almost always crowded. The doctors say the same thing when you ask them about something " your baby is fine its normal," I called the first time to setup up my sons twelve month appointment and i was advised to call back. So when i called back Ofcourse there were no appointments available near his birthday. . . smh

They dont answer the phone at all!!!! I have never been able to speak with anyone on the phone since Ive started taking my daughter there. They arent friendly and they act as if theyre doing you a favor. Typical camp creek area service. I them literally 10 times yesterday and left a message, and then turned around and called literally 20 times this morning. I am switching doctors immediately.

The place is clean, the cleanliness is what drew me in ! Ive sent a fax to have my childs medical records sent to another doctor . The operator says lunch hours are from 12:30-1:30 Why is it that the voicemail is coming on at 12:00 saying youre close for lunch and will return at two . Im not understanding, why is this such a hassle . Ive been receiving records for two days now !

I Recently Toke My Daughter There And I Told Them She Constantly Tugs At Her Ear. they Told Me It Was Fine That Its Probably Just An Itch. So I Decided To Take Her To The Hospital And I Find Out That She Has An Ear Infection !!!! I Want To Know How Could They Have Missed It, If I Wouldnt Have Decided To Take Her To The Hospital For Her Coughing. I Wouldnt Have Known And Im Pissed.
