Ive been bringing my child here since 2000 and the service has gotten progressively worse. First, the smell of dirty diapers smacks you in the face as soon as you walk in. Next, with the exception of the physicians, the staff never smiles. Then, the front desk area is messy with papers and charts stacked everywhere. In addition, the office lacks efficiency. All in all, the physicians are good, but the office needs to be scrubbed down with bleach daily to get rid of the stench, and they definitely need a new office manager.
