I am very disappointed in the service I received by Dr. Doniparthi and his staff. I wanted a month for the initial appointment. Dr. D suggested a lipid fatty acid panel blood test to be done. I came back on Monday for the test. It took over a month to get the results back. I was told these results would be helpful in determining what is going on in my body. I actually had to physically go to pick up the results from his office. I was then told Dr. D would analyze my report and set up another apt to go over the results. I waited patiently another 3 weeks only to be called and was then told I need another test in order to interpret the results. I had already provided that test but he told me the lab said it was now out of date. The cost of the test was $440. I asked if I could get it done elsewhere to save money but Dr. D said they use a special vial at his office. I did not commit to the test as that sounded weird to me. I called the next day with further questions about why another test was needed. I was given the run around. However, he did mention something called bodybio. I kept asking why Dr. D just cant interpret the results of the fatty acid panel as I was initially told that once the fatty acid panel test came back he would be able to tell me what is going on. Come to discover the bodybio report is just a software program that takes the two tests and generates a 24-page report on your nutritional and supplemental needs. I could have done that myself! Plus, the report is not even a legit test. Dr. D made it sound like he is spending so much time on interpreting my results and working with another colleague to really come up with a plan when another company just does all the work for him! I dont know why this whole process took 3 months! I guess it was just to hype this up and try and get more money. I was lied to multiple times. It should not have taken so long for all the tests, there was no special vial for blood, and my test results I provided initially were up to date according to the bodybio website. I have never written a review before about a company but I do not want somebody else to be tricked like I was! I spent over $1,000 and did not receive any answers like I was promised.

I was very nervous about the program. I just wasnt sure how it worked but let me tell you, I have seen results. Pants that I bought because I was getting fat are now baggy on me two weeks later. The staff is very kind and make me feel so comfortable when I am there. They have worked with my schedule as well as they have worked with me in a variety of other ways. I have been so pleased with the experience and I will be sad when it is over. One of the best things they do is a total body work up to let you know what percentage of your body is muscle and fat. It tells you your rate of metabolism and how much weight you should aim to lose. It is really great! It has been great and safe. I have no doubt that it has been the right thing for me to do and that it has been worth it!

I am not too sure what the lady Susan is referring too. My experience is ALWAYS pleasant at the office. I started my medical weight loss program in July at 160 lbs. I was wearing a size12, now I fit in a size 7 and weigh 137 lbs. I also did Zerona and lost 15 inches. I am very happy with my lifestyle change, my appearance and my overall health. My confidence is renewed and I have great energy. I would highly recommend this office to any friend of my mine, which I have. The couple that owns the facility speaks very well. The wife raised in England and the Physician, raised in Chicago.

Dr. Doniparthi and his wife Hema are very knowledgeable. I started my weight loss journey about a year ago, The Dr. advised me on how to change my lifestyle to become more healthy. I lost over 20 lbs on the Medifast meals endorsed by the clinic. I also did the non-invasive Zerona lipo laser. I lost a total of 8.6 inches all over. I am so happy with my results,and the fact that I have such wonderful support through Soma Nu. I have kept the weight off and plan to never gain it back. I would highly recommend Soma Nu to anyone that needs to improve their health and lifestyle.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hema was great about informing me about proper nutrition and was genuinely vested in helping me get the best results possible. The bmi readings at the beginning and end of your program are great and helpful in seeing your results. I did a round of Zerona with the program and in a time period of 3 weeks lost 10 lbs and 8.5 inches. My clothes are fitting better and I feel great. I still have 25 lbs to go and am confident I will succeed. I highly recommend Soma Nu for your weight loss success!

I bought Living Social coupon and went in to lose weight. I hate to say it but I could not understand the Doctor or his wife (she also works there). Its in an Aldi shopping center and is kind of sketch. I wont be back.
