Horrible experience. I took my baby there for a blood screening. The one required for the 12 months doctor appointment. The three technicians tried for a very long time to find my daugthers vein with no good result. Calling one after another to try and all that with the needle in my babys arm and of course she was crying a lot. After they gave up trying they told me just to go to the Miami Childrens Hospital that they would have a device to find the veins because it was impossible. We went straight to the hospital and they did not have any device they just had expertise and knowledge that those three lacked all together. At the hospital my daugther had the blood taken out in a blink and without a single tear, she was laughing all along. The technitian there was extremely good and professional. Completely opposite experience!

I am the worst when it comes to getting my blood drawn! My experience at this lab was great. My appointment was on July 5th, 2017 at 6:45 am. My appointment was honored. As a nuclear tech I expect all the workers in the medical field to be professional . I feel uncomfortable with overly talkative, extremely friendly staff. The phlebotomist( I did not ask her name, maybe in mid-late 30s) was perfect. She checked my DOB, made sure the labels & order were correct and I did not feel the needle(five tubes and I did not feel a thing). Love experienced phlebotomist like her who knows the importance of working with body fluids and making sure all the patient info/specimen label are correct. The whole process took about 20 min.

El dia 09/18/15 fui a hacerme examen de laboratorio para una cirugia y el 09/21/15 me llamo mi doctor, para decirme que no tengo el resultado del cultivo, por que en questdiagnostic lo colocaron en el tubo que no correspondia. Total mi cirugia09/23/15 esta aplazada por culpa de usteds questdiagnostic.

Vengo en ayunas, una sola persona tomando las muestras de sangre, y tengo que esperar mucho, mucha gente esperando conmigo, típico de esta ciudad MIAMI, muchas responsabilidad para pocos empleados y le pagan centavos, empleen mas personas y den un servicio mas expedito ya que ustedes hacen mucho dinero

Hacer la cita via telefónica es un verdadero "karma" . Personalmente o via internet es la mejor opción. Una vez que obtienes la vita lo demás fluye con rapidez. Atienden a la hora programada en la cita y no te hacen esperar. Lo único malo es lo difícil de obtenerla por telefono

Great experience at Doral Quest, first time I used this location. You check in in a tablet and they call you right away to get your referal. In my case the lab order was already in their system. They called me in and the tech was very professional (althougt she didnt give me her name nor showed it in a batch). She already had all my tubes marked with my name when I came in and she was very accurate and soft. I went very early in the morning without appointment and it was almost empty, may be the bad reviews relate to a busy day but I had a great experience.

Oh my goodness. What is happening at Quest? 1st, dont come to quest if you dont speak Spanish. No one speaks English and normally that doesnt bother me except that they are so rude if you dont understand them. But the reason why I hated it was that they have zero respect for your privacy or HIPAA. With a lobby full of people the woman with the short hair is yelling out your procedute and reason for being there. Its unprofessional and humiliating

I do NOT recommend quest diagnostics, people are rude from the moment you step in, they are inepts, placed the container for used needles (with blood) right next to your face where you sit when they get your blood samples, it is insane. Cant tell you how disgusted and disappointed I was when I walked out. Quest diagnostics is a terrible place to go to.

Youre suppose to schedule an appt to avoid waiting and wasting time. The first thing they tell you when you arrive is that they are behind with the appts so they make you wait FASTING! Worse place ever! Ironic: paper on the wall that says "we understand how valuable your time is"

Wonderful place, very professional, i took my wife there after yesterdays fiasco at the Westland promenade location witch turned out to be a "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE" at this DORAL location I experienced a 90• difference it was a pleasure to visit and I recommend it to everyone

The worst out of all quest diagnostics. The lazy staff with the worstiest attitud enjoy telling the people they are only see appts, when the place is totally empty. Bad faces, bad attitud. Whats wring with people!? Go study something you like!!!

I showed up at 9:45 AM for a 10 AM appointment. At 10 I went in, filled out my papers and by 10:05 AM I was headed to my car. Incredible efficient and friendly.
