Ok, so this the worst experience that Ive ever had in my life with quest. Im 7 weeks pregnant and Im coming to get my first blood work up. I couldnt make an appointment ahead because they didnt have anything for this week that I was ordered to have rest due to threatened miscarriage. The OB/GYN needed this results before the following monday, so I decided to go as a walk-in. This was the most convenient location for me since I live a couple of blocks away. I got here at 7:40 am and now its 9:05 am and I havent been called yet. Unfortunately I have all the the symptoms that a pregnant women could have. And yeap the tests were supposed to be done after a 8 hours fasting. So here I am, starving, spiting in a cup (which I consider disgusting too) and smelling the worst smells a pregnant woman could smell. My point is, if they are not capable of covering the appointments and the walk-ins, why do they even accept them? I would not recommend this place to anyone in my situation, if I wouldve another choice believe me I wouldnt be here :(

One staff lady was a horrible person to deal with. She seemed like she was in a rush the whole time. I asked her for water after feeling dizzy giving blood due to fasting, and she said "no". I was in shock but too tired to say anything. Then I asked again and she said she needs to finish her work first, and she was just putting stickers on the viles. dont go here

Not kid friendly. I took my son there to get some labs done and everyone was nice except the lady that actually withdraw blood from him. She had an attitude and i wish i wouldve asked for her name.

Everyone at this center were kind an knowledgeable about the task on hand. The center look well kept seemed clean and tidy as was the draw station and the bathroom.
