Ive been going to Quest on 43rd Street for approximately 5 years. I tried another Vero Beach location once, & it was the pits! There must have been 30 people waiting, & it also appeared that if you came in without an appointment & with a sob story, you would be taken before someone who had been waiting for an hour! Appointments also didnt seem to matter. People with appointments were complaining. The location on 43rd Street is "the best"! If there is a wait time, it is not long. Everything runs smoothly. The other location is a ZOO!

I have only been to this lab once, but the person who took blood, Lori, was a pro. Usually when I have blood taken, the phlebotomist moans and groans and complains that she cant find a vein and examines each arm scowling and then makes a few tries before getting blood. Its an ordeal. When Lori just did it and it was over in 30 seconds, I could scarcely believe it. The patient experience is ALL I care about. I will see them again soon, and let you know if it is consistent, or I just got her on a good day.

I had to drop off a specimen today and found the receptionist to be very rude. She was very curt in her questions and instructions, and seemed very annoyed that l and the other customers were there asking for lab services. She was down right snotty with an older gentleman who asked a simple question. This is one of those places that needs a sign at the door that reads "enter at your own risk!" Next time Ill drive the couple of extra miles and try the one by the hospital.

I am in shock with some of these comments! I come to this lab on a regular basis and never have I ever heard anyone of the staff be rude or out of line in any way they are always kind and professional. This place is very busy at times and even when its standing room only NEVER have I EVER heard anyone of these women be rude! I would give it a 5 stars but will only give it 4 1/2 only because it can be to busy and waiting is very hard for me.

Been using the Westside location for years. Have never had a problem with either professionalism of the staff, or with the competency of the phlebotomists. They can be a bit aloof at times, but that can be expected at any place that is both busy and does repetitious work. Average length of time from walk-in to walk-out is less than 10 minutes, except in unusually busy circumstances.

I went to this location on 20th street. And let me tell the lady at the front desk was very rude to everyone she encountered. I wasnt able to be seen anyway because I was there for a whole hour and nobody called me back or even took any information at that. So if you dont want to be ignored or treated without any respect go to labcorp or the 37th place location.

Ive only been here once as well, and the lady who took my blood was very rude. She was also moving the needle around like crazy looking for a vein. I threw up and almost passed out and she only got bitchier. Maybe the other nurses arent so bad but she was horrible!

This is a very busy lab but not as busy as the one by the Indian River Medical Center. They know how to do their jobs very well. Although appointments arent necessary, its a good idea to make one if you want work done in the morning as it can be very crowded.

Ive been there multiple times and had nothing but pleasant, competent service. Its very busy in the morning for the fasting blood work so I go in the afternoon if I can and theres hardly a wait.
