My 3 year old who had been sick to her stomach for 3 days had finally let me collect stool for the lab that her Dr Ordered. It was Friday and needed quick results since I was worried she may have bacterial infection and I went to 2 different Labs at 3pm and they were all closed. By 3:45 I was at the palmetto hospital location downstairs in the lobby trying to locate the office. Since it does not appear in the directory I asked around and some nurses were able to point me in the right direction. When I get to the door it was literally 4pm on the dot if not 4:01pm. I knocked and let them know it was a drop off no extra work required! No one even answered despite the fact I heard someone inside. I knocked a few more times and nicely pleaded with them to at least answer me with a No. Nothing! On way out I bumped into a gentleman who was there to do the pickups for labs but it was for another comPany. Lab corp! Unfortunately, my order said Quest. He instructed me to wait for the quest pickup and that they would more than likely take my specimen. I waited Nd happen to see the quest employee who ignored me earlier. I knew because of the uniform. I nicely asked if she knew the time the pickup was scheduled. She looked at me in the face and said she doesnt work past 4pm and cannot help me. I told her I had been knocking earlier and she stated she heard me. I then asked if there was a reason she did not answer. She stated that she is only obligated to answer until 4 pm she does not get paid to do anything after that time. I then explained that I understood that and if she could please let me know what time the gentlemen would come for pickup and if she though he would take the sample. She ignored my question and said she could not and would not take my sample. Despite the fact I did not ask her to. At that point I was just frustrated and could tell she could care less about my sick child. So I asked for her name and she ignored me as she walked away and said she was not within work hours and had no obligation to answer. She got into a Mercedes Benz that was waiting for her there and I thanked her sarcastically and decided to call Quest. I am disgusted at the type of employee they have working there and hope no one gets mistreated by this woman the way I did. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Today is my second time back simply because my doctor had me schedule a blood test 48 hours apart and this location is closest to my job and Im on my lunch break. Both this time and last time they were late taking me, the first time one hour late and today its already 30 min late because whether you have an appointment or not apparently means nothing here. Both times people with no appointment have been taken before me. On top of that Im not looking forward to the same guy drawing my blood because I was left with a hideous bruise on my left arm and lucky me, today Ill be leaving with one to match on my right. This is the last time I come to this quest! If I could give zero stars I would. To top it all off leaving the parking garage my total was $2 and I gave the attendant a $20 bill and she only gave me $17 back. I noticed but she must really need that dollar so she can keep it. Palmetto hospital is joke. I hope I never have to be treated here for an emergency. This is the same reason I discontinued treatment with my first pregnancy 4 years ago. They are completely unprofessional and higher anybody.

Que falta de respeto tan grande Tanto rato de Espera para que después te diga que lo sábado es por apoimer habían 10 pacientes desde las 6:00am esperando que nadie se pudo hacer los análisis al final no trabajaron en la mañana y cierra a las 11:00 quién es el encargado de eso quien se le ocurrió eso de apoimer los sábados fin que falta de respeto tan grande pago un seguro médico mensual de 123 dólares mensuales para usarlo cuando estás enfermo y encontrarte con este fenómeno en el palmero hospital

I went in for some regular blood work and when they called me in everything was going great. So they started to draw blood and I know sometimes I can get woozy and I did. They promptly took great care of me to prevent me from blacking out. The staff was very nice and helpful. They even had me lay down and told me to stay there until I felt better. I finally got up and they asked if I was ok, and I was. So I finally left but before I did they told me if I needed to come back to lay down or if I was feeling ok that it wouldnt be a proublem. I left with a smile on my face.

If I could give no stars and still rate this place as crappy I would. The lack of professionalism here is big. The receptionist that attended me didnt even acknowledge my presence and answered her cell phone like if I wasnt there. Then her replacement had me wait an hr. When I was told it would only take 20 mins. My overall wait time turned into a 2 hr. wait. The receptionist had the odasity to tell me I shouldve scheduled it earlier as if their long wait time was my fault. Last time I schedule an appointment here!

Increible han dejado de atender publico los sabados es decir solo atienden appoiment y resulta que no hay nadie y no te atienden, ademas los que trabajamos tenemos que faltar al trabajo para hacerte laboratorio que cosa mas estupida esa desicion

While I had the needle in my arm I asked if all the samples had been collected.The employee counted the samples and told me that I could leave . ONE hour later they were calling me to come back because the forgot something. --they can do anything right not even remind them what they have to do --

Ugh stayed up all night for my blood test only to find out that Saturdays were only for appointments. I even saw someone else go there but had to immediately leave because of no appointment. They should say that on their site.

I always take my dad to this site. Can not complaint always been on Saturday because of my work; I do my appts and never have to wait. The personnel are courteous and professional. He always leaves with a smile!

the person who serves in the window and receiving you info is a lovely person , but those who take the blood are the most unprofessional people and have serious attitude problems and delays to assist are huge

They need to post on their site that Saturdays are by appointments only. My whole family went at 7:00a.m. and werent even seen.

The waiting time is really disgusting, Ive been waiting for over 2 hours and it looks like only 1 person is taking the samples.
