A la verdad lleve a mi niño de dos añitos y el muchacho joven que estava atendiendo al niño tubo una actitud desagradable primero no tiene pasiencia para tratar con niños se refirió a mi persona con una actitud fea y después como no se sentía cómodo le dio como tres pinchas os al niño y me dijo si quieres llévalo al children . Este tipo de persona no de verían tenerla ahí trabajando

Horrible customer service. They act like they dont need a job and are just there for hell of it. Super rude "medical staff". They are just there for a paycheck and obviously hate working on Saturdays but I think they should be thankful to have a job to be able to pay their bills and not forgot they forget that they are dealing with patients that need to be taken care specially the elderly ones. I really hope they improve their service since there isnt really other options for patients to go on a Saturday.

Terrible staff, rude,and unprofessional. Asking you for a credit card, you have to leave there? I dont think they have the Security required for that. issue in there.In other offices they dont. They said the main office make them required that. Maybe they dont trust Hispanic people.? Plus their friend, no matter how many people are waiting , go first, without appointment English language is inside a drawer, nobody use it. !!!

Muy mal procedimiento ya que ahora los turnos son por Internet y jamas encuentras para un sabado..el sistema anterior por orden de llegada estaba muy bueno..ahora no sirve ese sistema es que no quieren trabajar .

My experience was extaordinary!! The emplyees were very nice and very professional, the wait time was excellent;I I was in and out in 30 min., the place was clean and very appealing. I was very impressed. I have recommended it to everyone I spoken to today and I will continue to recommend it. Great job!!!! I will always go there to get any testing done ...thank you!!!
