Very rude lady at front desk with red hair. I walked in went to the front desk bcuz no one was there. She immediately told me to have a seat shes helping someone so I sat down. Then another person walked in walks up to the desk and she begins helping them so I said excuse me I was here first. She yells at me and said ur a third party through quest diagnostics thats not our protocol our patients are our priority. Im looking crazy like wats ur protocol I know nothing about ur business Im just here to do a pee test. I said I need to know wats going on bcuz I have to be at work for 1 and she replies dont rush me. She handled the situation very poorly this is not my first time im doing a drug test. Normally u walk up to the front desk they sign u in take ur information. If u guys operate differently then say that dont be rude thats not how u treat people.

I needed to have some blood work done. I suffer anxiety over waiting for blood test results. Due to bad economic times, I am currently unemployed and therefore have no medical insurance. Any Lab Test Now worked out so well for me. No appt. needed, no long waits for results, no ins. needed, and the staff was highly professional and made me feel so at ease. Results back the next day! The prices for testing were so reasonable ~~ I was really surprised! They also offer Vitamin B-12 shots. I have been visiting regularly for them as they continue to give me more energy. I have been a customer of Anylab for a few years now. I will say this about the staff. The gentleman, Wynder, is extremely helpful and has always stopped to answer my questions and explain the results of any procedure in detail. There is also a young lady by the name of Sandra who usually handles the intravenous injections. She always has a smile and makes the process very comfortable (although I am not scared of needles). They have a great atmosphere. In fact, I live in east fort lauderdale and I intentionally go to that location because of both of them.

They are super friendly, very helpful and treat you with respect. Not only is the staff the best, but the owners are also extremely nice people. I love the fact that I dont have to wait in long lines like other labs. Its been a life savior for me. And they have very flexible hours for me. Ive been using this lab for almost 2 years and Im very satisfied with the service. The best for me is to get any test without going through the painful process with doctors and insurances, since the price here is very affordable and you dont require a referral to be tested. You actually OWN your medical information in that way. Sandra, Giovanni, Winder are very kind and helpful and the location is very convenient as well.

The girl with the tattoos and colorful hair at the front desk made my experience there amazing she always remembers me and compliments me what a friendly lady and the whole staff is just wonderful. They always remember me and always make me feel special every time I go I dont think I would go anywhere else but there just because of the fun friendly family like vibes. I recomend it to everyone

Sandra (the receptionist) and the staff (wynder,Gary, jovanni,anne) are awesome Idk about anyone else. Iv been a regular here for about a year and they have always treated me nicely and with respect. Every shot Iv have gotten here worked perfectly. There is no way that an establishment can have a product that doesnt work? It doesnt make sense

I got the lipo/b12 shots. They did not work at all. Plus, The thick Hispanic lady with multiple tattoos and colorful hair had a really bad attitude. The rest of the staff was nice.
