UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE - My doctor - Dr. Jeffrey S. Gottfried requested blood tests for my wife. He recommended we go to East Coast Labs to have the blood work done. We went to East Coast Labs / clinical services - and asked how much the exams would cost. The attendant said "she could not give us the prices, because the blood work was being sent out to another clinic" - then she politely asked us to sign a release accepting responsibility for any tests they run --- a week later we got a $962 bill --- 1. it would have been nice if they could have given us a quote ahead 2. it would have been nice if they would have confirmed with us the "extra tests" they felt were necessary business must be transparent ------ I highly recommend staying away from Quest Diagnostics and East Coast Labs --- as per Dr. Jeffrey S. Gottfried - I still have not decided if he has been helpful or "in kahoots" with the labs.....

Although the tech working there was very nice she was the only one, thus the wait was very long. The worst part is my doctor still has not received my results 2 weeks and 4 days later! And yes, it would be very helpful if someone would answer the phone!!

Im terrified of getting my blood drawn but when I recently did my blood test I was amazed how gentle they were.
