My son has been going to Dr. Lee for 5-6yrs now. I went into the office to get his school forms sign to self administer his inhaler while at school, and the nurse Tanya RN stated; he wont signed both inhaler, even though Dr. Lee prescribed both inhalers, as I explained. Then the nurse stated; is it fair that others parents have to wait 24hrs, and you just came in with his form? Again, I tried to explain, that the school nurse stated; that each medication had to be on separate forms, and the previous one he sign had both. Still the nurse tried to force me to chose, when he take only one daily, and the other was a backup, and if Dr. Lee was documenting properly he would see, that he get 2 inhalers for Xopenex, and 1 inhaler for Proventil, because he tried to switch my son medication due to cost. So I told him, I didnt care about cost. Xopenex was working best for my son. So every year, he has to get it re-appoved, and the other inhaler is backup. But insurance stated; he can keep both. Dr. Lee nurse then stated; after I told her that he plays sports, and the school has to have extra inhaler in case he lose the other one, and that he could not play without the form signed. Tanya stated; well it looks like he wont play, and why should she care??? I never spoke to Dr. Lee, in fact he had left the office, but he wrote a letter stating; he spoke to me, which is not true. I told nurse Tanya that I was going to hold Dr. Lee, and her responsible if anything happens to my son, because this is a threat to my son health. Tanya called the next day, but didnt leave a message. I called the office back, because the number I have saved from Dr. Lee is different. When the other office personnel answer, the phone. She stated; she was unsure who called, but later put Tanya on the phone. When I asked; what was the reason for the call she ignored me, and ask for my address. So I asked again? Why did she need to confirm my address? Tanya stated; I talked to you for an hour the other day Im done talking, but I said you called me. She is very unprofessional! And if Dr. Lee can allow this kind of behavior. I dont want my son to continue under his care. I file a complaint with insurance, but my son been at school with his daily inhaler. Dr. Lee, and his nurse Tanya put my son health at risk.

I first want to start out by stating that I rarely find instances to leave reviews. I have encountered an experience I needed to share due to the lack of information as well as lack of cooperation this office provided. I found myself needing medical attention seeking an allergist due to the severity of hives, blackouts and swelling occurring from an unknown allergy having already visited with my primary care and emergency care both advising I needed to seek aide from an allergist I decided to seek a location close to home. Giving a little background.. I work 60 hour weeks and have 3 kids my occupation does not allow me time away anytime I like to just up and go. I scheduled the appointment and it was scheduled for 09/21 2pm I was told to bring in a copy of my insurance and id and show up 15min ahead. Great, I received a voicemail the day of stating I should call if I am unable to be present for the appt if not they would see me at 2pm. I showed up at 1:30pm early to fill out paper work needed the lady in the front states I havent met my deductible and have to pay $445.00 upfront before being seen. I understand how insurance works however not once was I explained I would not be able to see the dr if it wasnt paid upfront (my insurance card states do not collect $ at time of service) I left the office had my insurance call and speak with Tonya the office manager and explain to her that she was to bill them first but they still werent cooperating. Not once was I explained this ahead of time and I was angry that I was at this point sitting in their parking lot with hives and very light headed from what I still did not have answers to. I was very disappointed by their lack of communication and when I did speak to the office manager directly she stated well if you dont have the money now I know you wont have it in 2 weeks when its billed to you ( she doesnt know my finances and didnt care to know that my MRA account would be receiving additional funds to it as well as I would have the funds to pay for it then) Overall disappointed with my experience and will continue to voice my experience.

Loove this office staff and Dr. Lee .. STRONGLY RECOMMEND We started coming to him due to my sons horrible allergies.. we didnt know exactly what he was allergic to but we knew it had everything to do with the outside. Dr. Lee performed an "old fashion" allergy test by placing dots of different outdoor and some common food allergy marks followed by a small dot size of each specimen on top of the marked dots; on his back about 50 to 70.. (I think).. sounds like a lot but its really not... then they prick the area.. you wait about 15 minutes for the reactions of what he was allergic to.... and come to find out it was he was allergic EVERYTHING OUT SIDE.. Then he suggested we took a series of injections of all that he was allergic to, to build his immune systems against them. We did the RUSH APPOINTMENT. . 2 shots every 20min for 3 hrs... for 4 weeks..we thought this was crazy. .. but we trusted him... our son is 5 and he did great!!!!. They play kid movies the whole time as well.....He goes in every 2 weeks and just gets 2 shots now and thats it.....Now for the TESTIMONY. .HE HAS NOT HAD TO USE ANY OF HIS ALLERGY MEDICINE... AND HE HAD A LOT..... he able to go outside and not be miserable etc. ... WE THANK YOU Dr. Lee for being Such a great, Professional and caring doctor and you your STAFF WE thank you for always being kind and sweet and every time we come you all are always smiling. ..

Only reason Ill even give it a star after the testing his nurses and staff were nice. The dr himself is a complete rude and obnoxious human being ! He was beyond mean to my autistic son. He rolled his eyes made faces and even said "your thoughts on his allergies were inaccurate " in a very rude tone clearly his drs wanted a test too or else I wouldnt have even gone to his office! I dont know how any parent can rate this guy so high. Maybe because they arent in the medical field or use to actual good drs. I have Drs in the family and myself in the medical field. Like this guy has a unsanitary rooms, no hand sanitizer any where either. If you want good care do not bring your kids to him!

Dr. Lee is great. I trust him with my entire family. I have been a patient for many years and the nurses always go out of their way to help me and my family. They are super busy but always take the time to talk to me about any problem Im having. They get me in within 24 hours of calling - always! None of my other doctors will do this. I appreciate that most of all-I work and sometimes I have to wait until the last minute to go see the doctor. I recommend him to all my friends.
