Dr. Olivo is good with kids but we only see her once a year for our childs yearly check-up. Numerous of times over the years, I tried to schedule an appointment for my sick child and she is never available, and its frustrating to see a nurse practitioner when I really want to see Dr. Olivo (a doctor). There is always an excuse for her unavailability, Ive been told she is off which is the most popular one, or she is booked.. ...we can never get to see her when our child is sick. It was not like that when our child was a newborn. It seems once they turn 1 year old, you only see this doctor on a yearly basis.

Dr. Olivo is an amazing pediatrician. The staff in her office however could use some work. And unfortunately they dont accept an insurance we can afford so we have to leave.

Dr. Olivo is WONDERFUL with kids! She is kind, caring and speaks to us in a language we can understand. I highly recommend her.
