I just recently went here and I will never go back. First impressions are everything. I went for a routine x ray and cleaning and they were prompt about getting me in the back from my appointment but what was very inconsiderate and unprofessional is having a client in the back for almost two hours, with no one checking on them in between or providing them the service that they were supposed to receive. But when someone finally do come to the back, they inform me that the Hygienist is gone for the day and since they are short of staff you can not be seen and then try to make you pay when no services was rendered ! Then had a very rude discharge receptionist who only instigated the situation instead of trying to come up with solution.

Horrible service. Appointment at 11:30 and didnt get called back until after 12 and still have to wait. Was told I didnt have cavities but gave me a filling. Didnt even fill it all the way in. Bite guards didnt fit even though they were molded for my mouth. They rush through your cleaning. The only time I had a great experience is when I got my wisdom teeth pulled. Seems like thats the only time they treat you right is when theyre about to bill the mess out of your insurance for pulling your teeth. For a regular dental plan they are horrible and the staff is unprofessional. They stand around and talk about eachothet all day.

I had a great experience. I was able to have an appointment scheduled within less than a week. The staff was friendly and professional. They even seem to use up to date technology for their diagnostic care. I was really impressed with the hygienist who to great care of me. She was quite gentle, thorough, and made sure that I was comfortable and listened to my concerns. The wait time was no long at all to be called back and be seen. I definitely going back.

STAY AWAY!!! Worst dental office! These people are complete scammers, the 1st thing they want to do is pull ALL of your TEETH, they pulled all of my 86yr old dads teeth then told him his insurance no longer covered his procedure and he must pay $1600 to get his dentures! Worst place ever! RUN from these people!!! They can get immediate payment from your insurance company when they extract your teeth, shameful!

This dental office us harvesting teeth....everyone including myself left with several extractions...the staff is very unprofessional and completely lathargeic to customer needs considering that a detailed dental plan was not discussed in full detail because their only intention is to make money by harvesting teeth from Medicaid recipients..Just reported them for fraud!

Worst experience came to get a couple of fillings mouth wasnt bothering me until I got the fillings he went to fast and it feels like he cracked my tooth. You are waiting at 2 and half hours before you even see the dentist. Staff is very rude, dirty looking, just very unprofessional for this to be a dental office. I dont recommend going here

I have had the worst experience with this particular location. The staff covers for their incompetence with the excuse that they are extremely busy. Why would a dental office use the same person as a manager and an dental assistant. If my dental work is ever completed I plan to never do services with this office again.

OMG. Theyre beyond horrible its always a bad smell in there. the bathroom never has any toilet paper , hand soap or disinfecting spray! Its just a pissy bathroom with major of rude workers. Ummm wheres the health inspector when you need them??? I dont recommend anyone to go to this dentist. But thats just my opinion

Very surprised that the review scale was very low. On my end, I still would recommend them because of my experience. The wait was only 40 minutes but that was much better than my 2 hour+ long waits at gentle dental. The dentist and his assistant was nice and helped with all my concerns.

This is one horrible place to go to. The assistants are stupid. It takes almost three hours for them to come and see you. The people here stand and talk so much and you wonder why it takes three hours for a dentist to come and see you. I regret coming here
