Diamond Spring Dental is the absolute best. Everyone is so nice, personable and professional. The dentists do a fantastic job with explaining what needs to be done and then do a great job with the procedures. Never had any problems later on with any work! The front desk staff alone makes it an enjoyable experience. (Did I really just use the word enjoyable talking about a dental office?!) They take the time to explain your bill and answer any questions you might have without making you feel like youre bothering them. From a girl who would always make her mom come with her to the dentist because it was always a overwhelming experience, (even in my adult years!) I now actually dont mind going to the dentist and come alone! Thank you to the staff at Diamond Spring Dental who always ends up making me leave confident and worry free!

I have had nothing but a great experience at Diamond Spring Dental. I go to school around Denville so I transferred dentists so my drive wouldnt be as time consuming. When I made my first appointment, I was very happy with my experience. Everyone in the office was friendly and I like that they call and remind you about your appointment before hand. I specifically went to Doctor Eli for Invisalign and I highly recommend him to anyone. I have been going for appointments every couple of months and I have now completed my Invisalign process. My teeth look great and he is not only a great dentist but he doesnt just treat you like a patient. He treats you like a friend and cares about what you have to say. I am very glad that I left my old dentist and now found him!

Diamond Spring Dental has been a blessing in my life. My whole family goes for our annual checkups, dental work, orthodontics, and much more at this facility. Along with being amazing at dental work, they also have a generous heart. I went on two missions trips the past two years: one to Haiti, the other India. For both trips, Diamond Spring donated over 150 bags filled with toothbrushes, toothpaste and floss to give to the needy kids. Seeing the smiles on the little kids faces when they received these bags, brightened my heart. Some even kissed there bags in excitement. None of this joy would have been possible without the loving and caring community at Diamond Spring Dental.

Our Family experience at Diamond Spring Dental has been beyond my wildest dreams! From the moment you walk in the door and Pernille greets you with a smile and asks how everyone is doing to Elizabeth checking on me in the waiting room while I wait for my son to have his dental work complete. My son has aspergers which is on the autism spectrum, Dr Danbe and the staff has been more than accommodating to his needs. They take the time to explain what is going to happen to double checking he is good throughout the entire experience. We would never consider going anywhere else and if you are looking for a great dentist and staff look no further than Diamond Spring Dental!

We are very pleased to have found this practice. My husband had a terrible tooth ache and saw three different dentist who to no avail could not find the problem, one even performed an unnecessary root canal and yet the pain pressisted. Thats when we came to Diamond Spring Dental and my husband finally got the right diagnosis and found relief! We are very greatful for the wonderful and helpful staff who was available to speak with us Sunday night at 11:00 pm! Liz the office manager went above and beyond to help us and we are very pleased to have found this practice!! Highly recommend!

I am a person who is absolutely TERRIFIED of needles and really any medical procedures, so as you can expect, I was very nervous going into having 3 cavities filled in one day (more specifically, the first cavities ive ever had). This being said, I had Dr. Saoud and he was WONDERFUL. He was so patient with me and explained everything before he started to work on my teeth. I can honestly say it was completely painless. I would HIGHLY recommend him specifically, but the overall atmosphere is great and Im sure the other dentists are just as great as Dr. Saoud!

This is the worst dental office in NJ. They don’t communicated with their patients, they start a procedure on you without consulting with you, not knowing if you wish to get a second opinion or if you can afford their services which they are extremely expensive,.. Actually ridicules prices. When you get your bill over the mail and you call the office you get the runarounds and no one can explain your charges. Oh and if you break an appointment you HAVE TO PAY 100 dollars!!!!! I will NOT recommend this dentist to anyone!!!!

My experience in dealing with her, in resolving a long standing issue, was a pleasure. I have been a patient of DSD for many years and this issue almost terminated my relationship but thanks to Elisabeth the issue was cleared up and I plan to continue to use Diamond Spring Dental. Say what you want about this place, but my 5-year-old fell on her face while ice skating last night and after calling DSDs emergency answering service, they agreed to meet with me at 10:00 PM at the office. They were extremely patient with my daughter (and with me) and did a fabulous job. They have always been great with my kids (I have four), great with me (I get a lot of work done), and the wait times are always minimal. Best experience Ive ever had with a dentist. By far.

VERY POOR!! This office uses pressure tactics and persistently calls to have appointments made even when you explain you need to stretch appointments due to their high cost and insurance coverage. They also charge their patients the FULL amount for services without them being completed or submitted to the insurance ... and expect payment. Horrible office services which is a shame because the actual dentists I had seen were great with their work. Just HORRIBLE business practice.

I chipped my tooth recently and Diamond Spring was able to get me in an hour after I called! This was my first experience working with, Dr. Saoud and It was wonderful! He was extremely gentle, and he did an amazing job fixing my tooth. My smile looks better then it did before the chip! Ive gone back since and Dr. Saoud, made sure to come in and see how everything was going. Hes extremely enthusiastic, professional, and talented- you can tell he really cares about his patients!

WOW. Thought this was going to just be another boring dental appointment. My daughter needed her wisdom teeth pulled and we ended up at Diamond Spring and I am so blessed that we did. The people here are so real. The receptionist got me coffee in the waiting room. Thats was just what I needed. Helpful and sweet on the phone and in the office. The doctor is great. He explained everything to my 15 yo daughter. Treated her with respect. AWESOME EXPERIENCE.

My experience with Diamond Spring was very pleasant. Thank you Dr. Napoli for taking good care of me, and I really appreciate you explaining what was going on in my mouth. Taking out my wisdom tooth was a big deal for me but you made it so easy. Liz the office manager made me feel like family, she greeted me with a big warm hug. The office ladies are very helpful, they tried their best to help me figure out my insurance. Thank you!
