Wow... I know my insurance is not the best and I have been searching far and wide for a dental office that I can trust. Well, the search was over the moment I stumbled upon this gem of an office. I walked in expecting a typical corporate factory experience and boy was I wrong. The attention and care that I recieved blew me away. From the moment I walked in for the first time, I was treated like family. The manager Robby sat with me in the waiting room, introduced herself, spoke to me about life. It was amazing. Dr. Braun sure does know his stuff. He diagnosed my problem right away. Hes very kind and gentle. Him and his assistant Dorothy worked well together and made my experience flawless. I was at ease the entire time. I am looking forward to my next cleaning so that I can see everyone again, no joke. Dont assume all corporate offices are alike, I felt like I was in a private practice and could not be happier. No more searching and switching offices for me.

I had a procedure done by a periodontist and the secretary told me it would be covered and charged me a copay. Two months later the office sent me a bill for $400 stating that my plan did not cover the procedure. The same secretary told me that next time I should to get a predetermination before I get anything done. I have since found a new dentist.

I have been a patient here since before Great Expressions took over. I still love it here. Robbie, Dr. Braun, Dorothy and that nice little girl at the front desk are so very pleasant.

This office has a wonderful staff. The doctor and hygienist were great. The manager is always friendly and helpful. If I could give this office six stars I would.

I was talked to and treated like a retard. The office manager, Jen, would end every sentence with a " alright sir? They are not there to listen or to help out.

Proceed with caution! This Dentist is ALL ABOUT over selling deep cleaning to provide services your insurance wont cover.
