"Warm, welcoming office staff, and a *very* clean, pleasant and calming environment--from the waiting room to the exam room to the consultation office. Great personalized care from Dr. Patel; his hygenist was unable to come in on the day of my appointment so he did the cleaning himself(!) I received a comprehensive check-up and gentle cleaning. Bonus: the paperless, tech-forward patient information management is SO cool...not only is it amazing and informative to see results of photos and x-rays in real time, but the methods for capturing and retaining patient data instilled in me a sense of confidence that this practice is ahead of its time and only offering the best of the best in procedure and industry knowledge. By the end of the visit, Dr. Patel had presented me with some preventative care steps I might take now, or 6 months down the road. His state-of-the-art system brings up your insurance info and he points out diligently what things cost, how much your insurance covers, and how much (and WHY) you would pay out of pocket. Amazing. I did not feel forced or pressured; in fact, I will likely opt to pursue these steps because Im confident he knows his stuff and cares more about my overall oral health than "making" money from unwarranted procedures (sadly, this was a problem for me with past dentists). I felt much more like a patient than a customer, which is rare in dentistry in this day and age! Bravo (:"

Dr. Patel and the staff at Windsor Smiles take all the pain out of your typical visit to the dentist! Dr. Patel always addresses any and all of my familys concerns as thoroughly as possible. He really goes above and beyond in making sure we feel comfortable, and It is clear that he cares about his clients as PEOPLE, not just as patients. In addition to having a stellar personality Dr. Patel is, importantly, very good at his job - my wisdom tooth extraction at his office was the quickest and most painless one Ive ever had, and he checked in later that day to make sure I was feeling okay. He also employs the latest technology in dental health, so you can see x-rays of all your teeth right there on the screen in front of you mere seconds after the machine is done scanning! And if that isnt enough, Windsor Smiles is located inside a spotless office that has been beautifully decorated by Dr. Patels wife. Behind every great man... So stop by and give Windsor Smiles a try - you wont regret it!

Dr. Rahool Patel and the team at Windsor Signature Smiles are amazing. Not only do they always greet you with a smile, but their commitment to quality in the work that they perform, the equipment used and customer service provided is incredible. This is the first time Ive been to a dentist that Im not afraid to go back, in fact I look forward to my next appointment. I have recommended this team to everyone I know and I stay committed to doing so because I stand behind the work that they do. Dr, Rahool is an intelligent, sweet and down to earth person who is very knowledgeable in the field. There is not one bad thing I could say about my experience at Windsor Signature Smiles. Dr. Patel is GREAT!!! From the minute I walked in, the staff was very friendly and caring. Dr. Patel explained everything very clearly and always had my best interest in mind. My previous dentist had advised me to get some work done that I would have regreted and spent alot of money on. What I really loved also is that you are informed of the work that will be performed and how much your insurance covers and how much you will pay BEFORE any work is even done. There is no surprise bill in the mailbox. :) The office offers such a warm environment as well. I have and would highly recommended this office and Dr. Patel to everyone.

Went to Windsor Signature Smiles for a cleaning, root canal and a couple fillings. Its nice to go to a dentist that has all the latest technology and equipment. Cool stuff. Cant say I like going to the dentist but the procedures were absolutely painless. Thats what Im looking for when I see the dentist. No waiting is also key. Nice office and staff. The whole family is going there now from my kids to Grandma. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Windsor Signature Smiles for several weeks now and up until I started coming here I dreaded the dentist. The combination of a high quality staff and new equipment leads to a pain/stress free experience. So for all those people looking for a new dentist or a dentist to visit if you havent been in a while I recommend trying here first, it is great.

Dr Rahool is so great! He is probably the most friendly and approachable medical professional I have ever dealt with. I love that when I come for an appointment, I never have to wait and am always greeted with a smile. He also answers questions via email. If you need a dentist, or if you are interested in the invisalign, I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Rahool!

I would definitely recommend Windsor Signature Smiles. Dr. Patel gives you lots of time and attention, being sure to answer all of your questions thoroughly. His experience shows, and his caring attitude instills a sense of trust and ease. They are also very prompt in seeing you, and as other reviewers have mentioned, Dr. Patel is very friendly and personable.

Modern, paperless office that also includes flat screens to share X-Rays and photos with patients. Patients have the option to receive email and text message reminders for appointments. I love this! Dr. Patel is personable and a great dentist. He cares about your comfort during procedures. The future of dentistry is here!

Dr. Patel and the entire staff is a joy to go to. I was quite nervous when having to get a root canal, however the procedure was explained to me and it was painless. The staff is accommodating with my work schedule and worked with my insurance company to make sure I was able to afford the procedure. I highly recommend them.
