I am changing dentists very quickly. This office, specifically the dentists, dont seem to care about their patients. The hygienist was actually the best weve had since visiting the place. She got my son to participate, and actually enjoy his cleaning. When the doctor finally came over, she did not introduce herself, instead she began counting teeth and immediately said he had a cavity with little to no explanation. When trying to ask her which tooth was affected, she simply walked off to another patient. So while Im waiting for someone to do x-rays, a lady brings me a form to sign, tells me he doesnt have any cavities, and that I am free to go. When questioning the contradiction between she and the doctor, she started apologizing and saying that I had to wait longer. I dont want to even talk about how inefficient their x-ray process is. Obviously if you are trying to get xrays of a 3 y/o, when you leave the room, chances are they will move before you get to click the button to take the pictures... Nonetheless, we had to do that process twice. After finishing that up, the doctor never returns to explain the x-rays and/or the treatment options. Instead, a tech comes with a treatment plan where shes cant even explain what the documentation means and why I am being asked to sign. Her explanation of how they do fill-ins for a 3 y/o was terrifying. She even said, "we have a jacket in case they wont stop moving their hands and legs." I dont trust this office to do anything more than a cleaning. Not to mention they bring their kids to work and let them in the patient area to play with the chairs, gloves, etc. My worse experience ever. I too, like some other posts, was very inconvenienced with my appointment time. Seeing as how they over booked my actual appt and called me last minute to come in 2 hours earlier. If you can avoid this place... do so.

Worst experience ever and will not be returning this time. I was there for over 3 hours just for a cleaning crazy right my apt was at 3:30pm and i arrived in a great time or i had thought singed in at 3:05 almost 30mins before my apt. I had to wait in the waiting room over one hour and still no one called me back so i went to the front and asked what was going on the lady then asked me if i had signed in and i told yea who in the hell wouldnt sign in when that got to a apt well she had to dig all the why though the sign in sheet and the lady passed my name three times and about the third time i had to point it out too her she was like oh well my bad i didnt see it and then i asked her how lomg would it take and she replied to me that i was late for my apt cause i was never checked in by them so i would have to be work in and i them told the lady no i was here at 3:05pm and that it was nt my fault they did nt mark me there. I then told her i wouldnt in fact be back there at all after this as they still acted like it was no big deal they took my child back and was taking her for a xray the nurse asked me to step back outside to wait until the xray was done i have been to thos dentist office 50 times and i have never nt been allowed to stay with my child good thing i insisted to stay with her cause the min we walked to thw back the nurse then told us i got to go do something else i be right back and was going to leave my child alone that was not cool at all

Not impressed. Must have completed 20 pages of paperwork, most of which asked the same information. This is difficult to complete while chasing around the 2 year old in the lobby, and the only positive experience about the visit was my son really enjoyed playing on the slide in the lobby for the 45 minutes we waiting to be seen. When we finally were called to the back, the technician told my son to sit in the chair and then walked off for about 15 minutes. I do not like to large open room with all patients in one area. I could see they may have been short staffed, but you cannot expect a 2 year old to behave and sit in a dentist chair for 5 minutes, much less 15-20 minutes. The Oral Hygenist who did the cleaning was GREAT! She engaged my son in a fun manor and made him smile and feel special. She did her job and we were on our way with a cool toy for my son to play with, and of course the sticker. All of which other doctor and dentist offices typically provide. The appointment required my entire morning away from work for about a 10 minute checkup, so that is why I am leaving a poor review.

This was my childs first dental appointment ever. He is 3. I made it very clear that this was his first dental appointment. The dental hygenist was great and my son did very well for her. However, the dentist did not introduce herself and did not talk to my child. She walked up and started sticking dental tools in his mouth. He started crying because he had no idea what she was doing. She did not stop and explain anything. She then held him down and continued what she was doing as he cried and screamed. I could not get him calmed down. She then took her gloves off and told her assistant that he would need a 6 month follow-up. She never asked me anything about what kind of dental care we are doing at home. She did not talk to my son about the importance of brushing. These are all things that I would have expected. She never returned. She moved on to her next appointment. This was a horrible first experience at the dentist for him and we will not be back. We have great dental insurance and can go anywhere so I am talking with local Moms for referrals to a better Pediatric Dentist.

Worst experience ever! First, let me say that the reception staff was extremely friendly and nice. The disappointment did not begin until we entered the room where teeth are cleaned. It took forever for a hygienist to show up and there were only three other patients in the room. During the cleaning another employee walked up with a Walmart bag and began showing the hygentist what she had bought. The hygentist stopped working with my son and started paying attention to this other employee for at least 5 minutes. Then she quickly finished up with my son and left. She gave me no instructions to stay so my son and I got up and began to leave. It was when he asked the receptionist about a toy (he is 4) that we were told we had to wait on the dentist. After about 10 minutes the dentist quickly checked the children in front of us and came to my son. After no more than three minutes she told us she was done and left. I was not told if his teeth were fine or anything at all for that matter. Other locations may be different, but this one was an absolute failure.
