I cannot brag Doctor Gerges up enough. I knew that I had problems with my molars but I put off going to the dentist as I was petrified since I was a child. I was able to schedule a consultation right away and Dr. Gerges put me at ease. I needed four crowns and two fillings, as nervous as that made me, I felt less anxiety knowing that I was in great hands with Dr. Gerges and her staff. She thoroughly explained the procedure and addressed any concerns that I had. She was reassuring and attentive to me the whole time. Knowing that I was nervous, she mentioned that we could take breaks to make sure that I was comfortable and administer any extra numbing as needed. I was highly impressed with how quickly she completed the treatment and how comfortably they fit. Dr. Gerges is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and very sweet. She genuinely cares for her patients. She even did what I thought was impossible for me- rid my fear of the dentist!

I loved this dentist office, the wait time was a little lone however there was a new receptionist so I understand. The reason I give this dentist office 3 stars has to do with billing. I was quoted one amount at the time of my appointment, very clear what my insurance would cover and what I would have to pay out of pocket. My dental insurance denied the claim and now my bill goes up. I just wish there was some way to avoid getting hit with a bigger bill when you were told something completely different. Probably not completely their fault however still disappointing. UPDATE: I rushed to post my review before without trying to actually contact the dentist office and expressed my concerns and see if there was something that could be done. Since my review was posted I have spoken with the office and they are helping me, trying to get my insurance company to accept the claim. This I never expected them to do which to me goes above and beyond.

I was looking for a new dentist, and was referred to Douglas Dentistry by a close friend. I was apprehensive about going to a new dentist, because I had been with the same dentist for 25 years. However, my friend had wonderful things to say about everyone at Douglas Dentistry, so I thought it was worth a try. I ended up having to go in on an emergency basis, due to an issue with an old crown. Everyone in this office is 100% customer focused, and they are very precise in their scheduling. I have now been in the office for multiple appointments, and I have never waited past my appointment time. They have the timing of each procedure down to a science, and they are very efficient, so there is no time wasted, and you know exactly how long you will be there. The office is not near either my house or work, but it is worth the travel. I have also referred 2 family members, and they are delighted, as well.

My experience was with my 3 year old son. Pediatric dental work is only provided on Mondays. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The dental assistant was very friendly and relieved my sons anxiety by clearly explaining each step of the procedure before starting. She also explained each dental tool and allowed my son to touch/explore the tools. She was very patient and kind throughout the procedure. The Dentist carried on in the same approach as the assistant. The only downfall ( which I think is huge) is that the appearance of the whole office wasnt kid friendly. There wasnt any animated colors, kid art work, equipment/ covers with fun print. It was like a regular adult medical office. I think there were a few kid books in waiting room but thats all. I think if they made the appearance more engaging for kids it will help decrease anxiety.

Staff and technicians are professional and dedicated to there work, always ensure customers are treated with respect. I transferred from another denistry, its was like comparing night and day. When I I first arrived I I was re-examined to ensure I received best care possible, they discovered my last dental treatment had its flaws. Im pleased to say after my first treatment plan 2 months later my follow up dental exam had positive results, this is a result of them explaining all aspects of my plan and dental health ensuring Im educated and them providing all Services Im paying for, Thank You Mr. Carter

Douglas Dentistry is a very impressive practice. I was fortunate enough to become a patient a few years ago and would not consider treatment anywhere else. Dr. Douglas is kind, understanding, and extremely well educated in his field. His staff is terrific. Paula is very professional, well informed and its easy to see she cares about her patients. Kathy is my favorite hygienist. Shes always pleasant ,knowledgeable and has a gentle yet very effective technique. Even my husband and son are willing to go every 6 months!! I always recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental care.

My husband and I love Dr Douglas and his staff. They are so friendly, courteous and accomodating. Office is clean and I feel confident under Dr Douglas care. I was given a recommendation by my former dentist to get 4 new fillings with a high out of pocket expense and I presented to Dr Douglas for a 2nd opinion. Dr Douglas advised that my teeth were actually fine and there was no need for any work to be done. So if you dont need to have it done, he will NOT recommend it just to charge you for it. All the office staff are wonderful. Highly recommond!

I took my daughter there today. I called and they got us in the same day which was great since she was having an issue. The staff was really good with her and even had her laughing during her cleaning. She was so relaxed she fell asleep waiting for the dentist to come in which is unusual for her to do. Dr. Dorothy and Cleo were fabulous to be around as well as some of the other staff walking through. Its been awhile since Ive found a good dentist and I plan on going back for myself now.

Office staff and dental staff were very friendly and helpful. They did a great job putting my first timer at ease, and took great care of my childs teeth. We were a new patient and were brought back within 15 minutes of our appointment time. We scheduled for an emergency, but they were able to accommodate a cleaning and filling (dont assume this is normal as I believe there may have been no shows). They made the most of our hour drive to their office for sure. I definitely recommend.

Great customer service, facilities, and staff with an empathetic, talented, and thoughtful dentist. Dr. Douglas has built this practice to serve the patient, for whom he has a genuine care. His facilities are outstanding and the front office staff have developed seamless and efficient processes to make appointments and serve your needs. I would recommend to the pediatric and adult patients in need of a new dentist, and also recommend to those with a current dentist.

The staff is very friendly, on time, and quick to answer and questions or concerns. I have been with this Dentistry since they began, and the amazing staff has not changed! I also see Kathy, my Hygenist. Shes very considerate and has an amazing personality so you arent afraid of visiting the dentist anymore. The manager, Holly, is so sweet! She cares about your time, knowing its valuable, and is genuinely thoughtful! Been with this office since it first opened.
