I booked an appointment with Dr. Brinkman for my son who has a very rare skin disease that needs Narrow Banded Therapy. I asked his office staff if he offered Narrow Banded Therapy and they said yes. I told them I wanted to fax the script from his original dermatologist (we moved and can no longer see her) the office staff said no. I faxed it anyway and his previous dermatologist also sent a letter. This was all done in June. We finally had his appointment in late July the staff was rude they wanted my copay up front I told them I would not pay until I found out if he offered the treatment my son needed. Well all that waiting and he did not offer the treatment. He had never looked at the information I had sent or my sons previous doctor had sent. He was such a jerk he would not come in an apologize he would not speak with me. I wasted all that time when my child could have started treatment somewhere else. He and his office staff were extremely rude!! Because of my experience I have made sure not to refer anyone else to his rude and insensitive clinic. My son was very very upset. Dont go here look somewhere else if you want quality care.

I had some moles I needed to get rid of. He did a good job explaining things. The process didnt hurt and I healed rather quickly. Hes not rude. The man is a straight shooter.....straight to the point. Hes going to tell you whats what and not pussyfoot around or sugar coat things. I like that. I rather have a doctor give it to me straight than make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside about an obvious problem I have. I just think too many people are too sensitive.

Best doctor Ive ever had. He will sit down and listen to everything you have to say and tell everything to you straight up. Hes honest and straightforward with his answers and will explain them in detail for you. He will stay after youve asked all of your questions and make sure that you dont have any more. Great doctor, I recommend him to all of my friends

Dr. Brickman is part of a great generation of caring physicians. He takes his time to make sure you get the best care from an experienced dermatologist. My husband and I love seeing Dr. Brickman and catching up. My kids love him too. He is very good with kids.
