Animal Care Clinic is in my opinion the very best place to take your pets! Dr. Jill Urofsky provides the most professional medical treatment and care possible. She is a very good listener which makes her a great doctor. Many veterinarian’s will not pay attention to what you are trying to convey about your pet and they only want to get you in and out the door, while making you pay a very high bill. Dr. Jill and her practice are NOT that way at all. She listens to you and pays attention to the details that you are trying to convey about your pet. She also is very thorough with her work and does her absolute best to make your pet comfortable. Her prices are reasonable and good. She will work with you on the cost if you need to do so. She explains all the options and does not try to "push" any cost or unnecessary treatments. Dr. Jill and Dr. Neeley, as well as the staff comprehend how to utilize boundaries with clients which demonstrates the utilization of utmost professionalism in human/animal services, which can either make or break a service provider. Balancing boundaries with clients while also trying to maintain quality customer service at the same time is not easy, but is a necessity to maintain professionalism….and Animal Care Clinic (Dr. Jill/Dr. Neeley, & Staff) have all been successful with this balance. I have been taking my pets to Dr. Jill since before she opened her own practice. I will not take them to anyone else. She goes above and beyond to provide professional customer service and ensures that she is making the very best choices to make your pet comfortable. Her staff are great too! Sarsey is very good with communication and with scheduling appointments for my pets. Hannah is very accurate with details and works very well with my cats and dogs. Ciara took very good care of my cat prior to surgery and while he was recovering from a tumor removal. Erika and Brittany are always there providing very thorough communication for me and helping both doctors with all my pets. Dr. Neeley removed a tumor from my cat’s chest. Words cannot express how professional the incision and tumor removal process was completed! Dr. Jill performed the best dental surgery I have ever seen on my dog as she removed all of his rotted teeth! Dr. Jill has also trimmed an overgrown & embedded nail on my polydactyl cat which is not an easy thing to do on a polydactyl cat as this particular type of nail is “hidden” within the paw and is very hard to reach. It also grows faster than an average cats nails/claws. I do not feel comfortable taking any of my pets to anyone else. From my experiences; Animal Care Clinic is the absolute best!

I adopted a dog 2 weeks prior from a local shelter and had been to another vet in the area after she instantly showed symptoms of kennel cough and did not feel I was getting good care so I decided to try out Animal Care Clinic after reviewing the website and other reviews. I can say it was an ACCEPTIONAL visit and I will certainly be returning here for all future care. From the time I called in to discuss the issue I was experiencing until I walked out of the door I was treated with respect. The receptionist was super friendly, quick,; the vet tech was super caring and made me feel my dog was of utmost importance and wanted me to get speedy resolutions. Dr Jill was practical, explained every detail of the treatment plan she wanted to put into place and did not try to sell me on all the unneccesary items. I felt she was genuinely concerned about getting my dog well as soon as possible and helping her to become more comfortable as the kennel cough runs its course. I also was shocked to get the bill as I had a lot of anxiety about what kind of bill I may rack up after everything that needed to occur, it was completely reasonable and affordable it instantly eased my worry. They even made sure I was able to keep my dog contained from anyone else coming in to not expose anyone else to kennel cough which if I was another patron I would have been very grateful to know occurred. They all made sure I knew exactly how to administer the medications and gave tips if I experienced any problems getting the pills down her. Dr. Jill made sure I understood to please call if I had additional questions or concerns about my dogs progress. I WILL be returning here and would encourage others looking for a caring, top notch vet to obtain services here!

I too have been with Animal Care Clinic since the Dr. Arand days. I was appalled at the costs as the ownership changed. However, I had an emergency today (Jan 2012) for Ellie (Aussie) and Bella (Yorkie) who had bleeding and lack of energy. We went to see Dr. Jill Urofsky at ACC. The doctor was caring, sensitive to both the dogs and my concerns. She shared cost info as we went along with the diagnosis. She recommended we do an xray the next day if the dogs were still not doing better but I chose to do one immediately. I knew what costs were and what flexibility was available before making the decision. We then looked at the xray together and talked about the plan for getting the dogs back to health. Costs of special food was similar to what I could get online although she said she would be happy to write a script so I could look for the lowest prices. She discounted the bill some, which I did not expect but appreciated. Her husband was helping with a little maintenance in the new shop so it is a family effort. She really wanted me to call the next day and let her know how the dogs were progressing. The dogs are doing better now and I know I can call on her again in the future which I will do.

Dr. Jill and the team she is working with are some of the most compassionate and knowledgeable animal lovers ive come across in a veteranary clinic in a long time. They not only assessed the best treatment options for my dachshund, who was in extreme pain from a back injury and had just had an unexplained seizure they also assessed the cost of those treatment options and weither or not "knowing" certain info would change the coursr,of treatment or not. The compassion they showed for my little guy was above and beyond. They recognized he,was in pain and vulnerable and totally,catered,to his natural instincts that were at the fore front. Every single team memeber,that worked on any dog (not just my own) would run scenerarios across onr another,and eventually Dr. Jill. Its almost like they were constantly testing anf,checkingone anothers knowledge base to keep one anothet sharp as well as open minded to other possibilities. For treatment. So when i say they are a great team... I dont just mean "team". I mean... These guys epitomize what every team model should look like. I cant give thm a high enough recommendation.

1 stars Edit Review After 17 years of companionship, my beloved dog had to be put down last week. As if the experience in and of itself wasnt bad enough, the service my pet and I received was HORRIBLE! I called and made the appointment, when I arrived the girl behind the front desk was rude, not to mention very cold and unfeeling. Whoever took my appointment didnt put down WHY I was bringing my dog in so I had to rehash that; they dont sedate your pet beforehand so I had to specifically ask for it and then when they came to give it, jabbed the needle in so hard it bent and my dog was crying and bleeding everywhere. The doctor then proceeded to rush right into giving the shot to put my pet down after I had specifically requested to NOT be present for that. They were very rude and in too much of a hurry to be rid of me and my pet during a very difficult time. I will never take another animal to this establishment. When Dr. Arand was there, it was a very good office and I used them for more than 9 years; professional service and caring are now gone from there and I discourage anyone from using them.
