Pay no heed to the single star rating provided by Mr. Bornheimer. If you just want to get "looked at", you should go the the 24hr doc-in-the-box down the street. Me, and nearly every member of two generations of my family have been grateful patients of Dr. Forgason for many, many years. He is a family doctor of an entirely higher order, with a wealth of experience and discernment, and the most conscientious physician I have ever known. Yes, he is now part of a concierge group that charges an annual membership fee. HOWEVER, what this also means is that, according to his OWN protocol, he can and does spend a great deal of time with each and every one of his patients. It is not uncommon for me to spend 45 min with him, and even as much as an hour on some occasions. He and his staff provide the highest level of excellence I have ever found in a medical practice, and I would give him the highest recommendation for anyone looking for a true family/internal medicine physician.

The doctor is now requiring a yearly membership fee on top of the cost of medical. The cost is 1,650 / year. This is outrageous to consider that he is also taking money from United Healthcare too. I would not recommend due to the costs associated with just to be looked at.
