I like that they were open Saturday covered by insurance and took the effort to return my call when I called a bunch of other places. I disliked accidentally being charged ($85) for ($25) for copayment but it was a easily corrected accident. I didnt appreciate waiting 20 mins past appointment time only to be called in room to answer questions that I already answered on patient health forms. It was akward hearing "your blood pressure is xxx/xx, thats not THAT bad" My blood pressure is normally really good (so Im told) so I asked, what does that mean? "It means the first number is lower than it needs to be" me: "and is that a concern"..."its likely cause you are sick". I really disliked the "student" medical assistant ramming her tool in my ear after I mentioned I had small aching in my ears. I am not exaggerating, it was pushed into my actual ear drum instead of being placed in ear canal. I had to recoil from the stinging. I know it wasnt just my ear sensitivity because the doctor came in and looked afterwards when the assistant mentioned I felt pain earlier and I felt no pain from the doctor. The last negative experience was when the doctor was examining me. She looked in my ears, throat, and listened to my breathing and immediately asked "do you have a dog"...my reply was yes. Her response "ok, do you want pills or vaccine?". me "can I know what the issue is first?", doctor "inflammation from bacteria we will do a test in a little bit to figure out for sure, would you like to have a blood test?" Me "I dont even know exactly what the issue is" I was eventually told by another staff member it was a simple throat and ear (not strep) infection and vaccine was not needed. It really felt like they just wanted to do more test to bill my insurance more. I further did

Awesome experience! was having trouble with the doctors office I had been with for almost 8 years(trying to get an apt. for a prescription renewal for 3 weeks) and decided to switch to this office due to it being so close to where I work. Turns out best decision I could have made! The receptionist was the most of help.. I wish I could recall her name.. but she heard me on the phone with my previous office trying to get them to fax over the correct paperwork I needed to be seen by them. The person told me "yes I have all of your info and im gonna send it over right now", and then took her hour and a half lunch break! while I was waiting to be seen at my this new office. The receptionist decided she would search my insurance info with my social security number and did a few other things to make the process a lot less frustrating. She needs a raise for sure!!!!!! she was helping me along with like 6 others all at once. I Also NEVER go online and write reviews like this but this place is so convenient.. and they even except walk-ins! Also my doctor was really sweet!

I have very bad experience with them they are making money wrong way. They charged me 3 time copay plus got claim 3 times from my insurance. On my first visit they given blood work or blood test after result they didnt send prescription to my pharmacy, call me to come clinic they just given me prescription and charged copay 2nd time, after 2 days I called them and told doctor I have diarrhea with this medicine they said come to clinic and told me that this is common continue your medication at this time they charged me 3rd time copay . Today I got explanation of benefits from my insurance it showing they charged 3 time . Waisting time and money. I didnt like these people just trying to get money

They have gone downhill, the staff just stays in the back unwilling to help and just ignore the clients. When it was my turn , the staff just took me to the room and left me there for 25 minutes when I opened the door to see what was happening, the staff was in the back eating and just chit chatting. Thats not including that I had waited for an hour to get seen. Update: I left after 2 HOURS!! I asked them if they were attending me or not and they said "I dont know why you havent been attended" everybody just stared at each other. 5/4/2017

Based on a very unprofessional website I would not go there. Nowhere on the site does it give their hours even though there is a "Locations & Hours" tab on the navigation menu. And if you read the part about the Medical Director it says she is licensed to practice in the STATE of Houston. It also says " SHE has practiced as a Doctor in Houston since the completion of HIS training" Based on the webiste alone Im wondering if the place is a scam that should be investigated by Wayne Dolcefino!

I had an ingrown toenail removed at this clinic on 5/4/2010. The total cost of the procedure was $150.00. I had called around to several clinics and their average price was $400.00. They took care of me like I was a first class patient and were very gentle and kind to me. The staff was wonderful and I will return to them any time I need any type of procedure. The office was also very clean and well kept. Over all I was VERY impressed with this clinic! Thanks for saving my toe :)

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the most unprofessional office I have EVER dealt with. I have called numerous times in regards to questions about billing and my calls are never returned. The staff is not helpful and Im basically being blown off each time I call. Dr. was dissapointing as well and the whole place seems like a sham, in my opinion!

This is not an urgent care facility despite the name. It is a walk-in general practitioners office that focuses on low cost and Spanish-language support. They may be good at what they do, but for example, they dont do x-rays on site. So you cant go here to get quick treatment for a possible break.

I paid 85 dollars for something I didnt receive and when I called back I was on hold for the longest. On top of that the receptionist was rude and told me I had to pay a additional 125 for something I paid for already. This clinic is scamming ppl and make fake appt to charge medicaid

I went in because my dog scratched my fresh tattoo and infected it. I got treated and the infection cleared up almost immediately. I waited less than 45 mins and the staff was kind. Prices are low for those without insurance, and yea.....I like em

It is a very friendly environment. The Doctor and Nurses are very friendly and everything. Short wait time as well and the Pharmacy there is very fast as well. Beyond love this place.

They were open on Memorial day! Friendly and caring staff. Life savers visit $85. I had strep so the shot was $60. In and out in 30 minutes PRICELESS!
