Initially my very first visit on 5/18/17 at Karen Brocks office was a pleasant one however after that it changed. I was prescribed medication 2 times that was not covered by my insurance.(I have never been to a doctor where my insurance wasnt verified an prescribed medication that was covered in my plan never). I contacted the office an informed Caroline (ms. Brocks assistant) that I could not fill my prescription for my prenatal vitamins. She then said well just pick up any over the counter vitamins. I expressed my concerns because all prenatal vitamins arent the same and asked if she could get me three that Ms. Brock could recommend, she appeared agitated with me and said to get any kind because they were all the same. Time passed and I began to lose a significant amount of weight and had increased nausea and loss of appetite I contacted the office to request some type of medication for the nausea. Again, the only person I was able to speak with was Caroline. She told me she would get the prescription to my pharmacy. Again, these were also not covered by my insurance. A few days later I called her to get the status of my medication. She was rude and would not allow me to finish my sentences. I told her that I was unhappy with her customer service and that she was very rude. Instead of saying, Im sorry you feel that way how can I help you she said Ive been working for Mrs. Brock for 6 years and have never had a complaint.m so it must not be true. I told her I would be looking for another midwife and she told me "that wont happen". Long story short, it is 6/21/17 I never got my medication from being at that office, I never heard back from Ms. Brock, my orders have yet to be updated on their medical system nor have I been called to be given the results of all the test that they ran an again its 6/21/17. If you looking for a midwife that is accessible, concerned with what you put in your body, good customer service, status on your medical test or timely medication this isnt the office I would recommend.

I read all of the reviews before deciding to see Dr. Patrinely. I waited four weeks for a 2:00pm appointment. I arrived at 1:30 to fill out paperwork and assure I was finished in time for my appointment. When I arrived there were three people in the office. After an hour and one-half about 30 different patients had been called back (many of them saw other doctors). The receptionist was trying to find out why I had not been called back especially, since I was the only one still sitting in the waiting room. The nurse told her she needed to clean a room. At 3:30 I was still waiting to be called back. The nurse stood and starred at me and the office manager did the same for 10 min. Then she finally called me back (I held my tounge because I was sooooo angry). I sat in a room & waited. The nurse made sure I would be the very last patient. After all the wonderful reviews about Dr. Patrinely and how involved she is with her patients, I got maybe 15 min. with little to no attempt to get to know me. I left the doctors office at 4:50pm, to go downstairs for bloodwork. I hope the rest of you have a better experience. As for me, I was so disappointed that I cried. I have health issues that are extremely unique to me. On the surface I present as a healthy person but, I have almost died from several of my conditions. Even my Cardiologist and Internalist have been shocked at my unique conditions.

There are great doctors at Conroe Physician Associates. My husband and mother go to Dr. ONeal for their ENT needs. He goes to Dr. Patel as his primary. Ive been to Dr. DeWitt when I had an emergency to have my hand sewn up. Ive also been to Dr. Rahman. This is a very good group of all kinds of doctors. My mother and I are with Dr. Bewick on the MDVIP plan. Of course Dr. Berwick is my favorite. His nurse, Roxanne is wonderful. Brenda is awesome making appointments, juggling insurance and always helpful when I have to call. The receptionists at the front desk are always friendly and professional. The techs on the first floor are efficient and friendly, but I hope they improve the lab where blood is drawn. Its just too small. The waiting area and restrooms are clean. Parking can be a pain sometimes, walking uphill when youre sick, but there are volunteers who drive a cart around to transport you. I also like that fact the clinic is open after hours on Monday and Tuesday. I am confident in the doctors at Conroe Physician Associates and would highly recommend this group. I have not had a negative experience since this group of doctors was established!

Dr. Chan Nguyen ordered numerous test, would not communicate results. Admitted me into the hospital but couldnt visit so he ordered more unnecessary test to justify the extended stay. Forgot to prescribe seizure meds and when asked why did not, he prescribed toxic levels 150 percent higher. From 1000mg of keppra daily to 2500mg. Doctor Nguyen poisoned me. Seizures were not why i was hospitalized. This doctor spent a total of 3 minutes with me in 3 days. When I complained to the hospital about how I was treated, his retaliation was to give me job restrictions that would force me to lose my job. Lucky for me, my neurologist (from his same office) saw the med changes unnecessary as well as the job restrictions. At the very least this was neglect, possibly malpractice.

Very unpleasant experience...Dr. Chanh Nguyen would not even let me finish my sentence before he interrupted me. He does not listen at all and was very unprofessional. He is very quick to diagnose without the facts. After sitting in the room for an hour, I had a total of 4 minutes of face time with him. After that 4 minutes, I was given: 1 steroid shot and 5 different medications. To me, that SCREAMS " I dont care to attempt and determine what is really going on, here are a bunch of things to try I hope one of them works" Nurses didnt call back when they said they would.

I had an unusual report come back from my mammogram and Dr. Scarborough just blew it off and said its nothing. I showed the same report to my GYN and she was angry that he was so flippant about these results. I was not happy with his care. I also saw him for back pain and instead of trying to get to the root of my problem he just gave me some extremely strong pain pills. I couldnt even function on them. Thankfully I have found some much better health care providers since him.

I used Evelyn Simmons CNM and continue to do so! The level of care she provides is not like the care I have ever received, she is very attentive to my concerns and is very thorough when answering my questions. On the birth front, she was so supportive of my wishes and made me aware of my choices, made sure I was informed, and that everything was safe for me and my babe she made my birth the best experience. So worth it!
