Very disappointed with this clinic. I called them on Sunday April 29, 2012 about 6:20 pm. I spoke to someone by the name of Martha, I told her if I could take my 5yr old son she yes we can see him. She told me the last patient is seen at 6:45pm I told Im on my way immediately she said ok. I jump in my truck with my son and we get ther at 6:47pm door was locked. I called immediately to their office and Martha answered. I told Martha I am outside the door, I know you told me you take last patient at 6:45pm but it 6:47pm can the Dr please see my son. Martha tells me hold on mam I will ask the Dr. Martha comes back to the phone and tells me sory mam the Dr. said no. I told her please my little boy needs to see the Dr he needs some antibiotic she told me hold on let me ask. Martha comes back to the phone again and tells me no mam the Dr. said no. She also said we have been here since 9am. I told her I always take care of clients even when I have finished my last appt. Im always there to help and Im only a hairdresser. This is an urgent situation, it was about a 5yr old no feeling well.... Very poor customer service ...........very disappointed..........

I have had a good and bad experience with this place. Yes, the front desk people are HORRID. The vitals nurse is rude as heck too. Very impolite. She looks like she hates her job and you can feel rays of hate shooting from her eyes. They also let her have her nose piercing in? Anyway, Dr. Shakur or whatever his name is is just AWFUL.. he doesnt let you talk and rushes you in and out. I was very nauseated and lightheaded and had no idea why. He just gave me an antibiotic and sent me out. 3 weeks later I was still nauseated all day long and lightheaded but having chest pains and pain in between my shoulder blades (thought it was a heart attack coming on) so I rushed back in because I knew there was no wait time, but this time saw Dr. He...and THANK GOD I DID. He was wonderful. Explained everything. Did an ECG, blood work, took some x-rays. Cleared up my mind and even recommended some cardiologists if I still had doubts (23yr old active female).

The doctor is not thorough at all. Just told me to keep doing what I was doing. No sort of diagnoses, orders or guidance whatsoever besides getting an x-ray, that is all I really wanted anyway. She said there was no damage to the bones. But from the way she approached the whole situation I dont trust her opinion on the images anyway so ill wait till I get the results from the orthopaedic in 2-3 days. She said she wouldnt be inclined to give me a "pain shot". I didnt need one or ask for it, what is that anyways? What kind of doctor speaks in those terms? I have never seen such lackadaisical medical care. If I had a bad cold I might go here for antibiotics but I would not suggest it for any trauma to the rib cage. The doctor isnt knowledgeable about these injuries, which is scary because they can have more serious complications. Much more questions shouldve been asked and much more after-care should have been reviewed.

Went to see about a skin rash. I saw Dr Ankur Sarkar. He spent no more than 3 minutes in room with me. Looked at my rash from across the room for 2 seconds, then immediately and definitively ( yet wrongly) diagnosed it as a fungal infection. He also informed me that Im diabetic (Im not) without even testing my blood sugar. He did write me a prescription for TOLNAFTATE 1%, which turns out to be over the counter LAMESIL. WOW! Thanks for wasting more of my time waiting in line at the pharmacy. I did follow the Drs instructions for a week and waisted another $140 on this lotion with no relief from the itching. One week later I made an appointment with a family practice and was seen by a physicians assistant who took the time to visually examine the rash and ask a few questions. She correctly diagnosed the cause and prescribed appropriate treatment. Its been 2 days now, and my rash is gone

They get you in and out very quickly. This is great. The "doctor" saw me for less than 30 seconds. He asked two questions which I answered. He squeezed my face to see if it hurt. He listened to my chest without saying anything. I tried to ask a question as he was walking out and he held up his index finger and continued out the door. He came back with "prescriptions". One was an antibiotic I told the nurse I had just finished taking. The other was for OTC cough syrup. He didnt explain what I have or what the medicines should do. He simply handed me the papers said we are done and walked out. End of story I now have to go somewhere else to get my symptoms relieved. Thanks Dr. Sarkar for not only wasting my time but taking a hefty fee during the process. Do not go here it is a waste of time and money.

Im happy I found this place open at 7pm after twisting my ankle during a bootcamp session. It was exactly what expected as a Urgent Care clinic, walk in, get treated, and walk out. I saw Dr. Alondra Gutierrez who was very relaxed, down to earth, and provided very personalized atmosphere. She ordered an x-ray and went through the images with me in the office. She explained there was no fracture and likely just a sprain. She even personally called 2 days later to give me my an official radiology report. Im very impressed with the efficiency and quality of care that was given to me. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.

I live out side of Houston but I needed to see a doctor while at work. I am also very demanding related to whom I will let take care of my body. I am so happy that I came across ENTRUST. They are professionals at health care and customer service. The wait was an hour but it was worth it. I walked in and told them my problem. I filled out a half page of information and the rest was done electronically, at the desk. I do not think there is anyone who can compete with this form of patient care, cost, service and knowledgeable.

I have to say that I really did not like this place. The front desk person was extremely rude and smug. I was taken back pretty quickly but the nurse and Doctor were just joking around. Looks like they were flirting or something. I could hear them laughing it up while I sat there suffering. When the doctor finally came in he spent about 1 min asking me the stupidest questions then told me I was gonna be alright and take some Tylenol. Seriously?? Needless to say I had to go somewhere to get treated properly.

I went to enTrust Immediate Care late on a Friday afternoon and saw the doctor 8 minutes after I arrived. This was my first visit but the new patient paperwork was brief and to the point (2 pages.) Dr Torre had jokes but was also extremely professional, thorough, and managed to make what should have been a very awkward, uncomfortable, and slightly nerve racking trip to the emergency room into an ALMOST fun trip to the Drs office. Nice change of pace from the typical healthcare nightmare most of us have experienced.
