After seeing multiple vets, we FINALLY found this place. My cats & dogs love the staff & environment. We have never come face to face with another animal in the 10+ years we have been going there so my pets are never in direct contact with another sick pet. They created a very peaceful environment when we had to put our cat of 13 Years to sleep due to cancer. We highly recommend the La Canada location after visiting both locations. We Have to visit every other month due to renal failure and Lymphoma in my 16 year old Pit-Bull. My Pit absolutely loves Kalani. She now does multiple jobs but we know her best as my pits favorite Vet Tech. Dr Kavarna and Dr Miller are very competent in specialty care like Oncology and they dont over charge for things you dont need. Very affordable.Thanks to all at the La Canada location. Bravo!! Keep up the great work!

We have been taking our 2 Bernese Mountain Dog puppies to Northwest for the last 2 months. Our most recent visit was on March 24th where we saw Dr. Kovarna. Dr. Kovarna is an outstanding veterinarian! She is very knowledgeable and takes her time in explaining everything and to answer any questions that you may have. We also saw Samantha, the vet-tech, who was also knowledgeable, caring and great with our puppy. We have gone to a number of vets over the years with our other dogs but we have to say that without a doubt Northwest is the best! They have wonderful doctors, staff and facilities. If you are in search of a great place to take your pet and best friend...then we would highly recommend that you try Northwest.

I wont describe the sorry and sad story of my beloved cat who had advanced and visible oral cancer and went undiagnosed at this clinic by one of its founding veterinarians. She suffered 1-2 years with this disease. This was three years ago and its still fresh in my mind. And I didnt see this doctors name currently on their website--fortunately. Thank God that Dr. Keyes and her staff at the Cat Hospital did what they could in a most exceptional way to make my cat comfortable in her last weeks. I hope things have changed at Casas Adobes pet clinic and I wish them well, but I would never change where I currently take my pets.

Ruff House Dog Training & Behavior Modification

We met with Dr. Scott Miller for my dog who has severe allergies. Dr. Miller was gentle with my dog, caring and described things to us in detail and to the point where we could understand what he was recommending. He was conservative in his approach which made us feel he wanted our dog to get better, but wasnt asking for an "arm and a leg" to pay for treatment. He was also patient with answering all of our questions and took great care of my dog with allergies and my other two dogs that were there for a routine check up. I would highly recommend Northwest Pet Clinic and Dr. Miller if you have a dog with skin issues.

The experience has been good with the exception of the cost. It seems like the cost for lab work has risen to higher and higher levels. Also, it seems that some lab tests and other procedures are being suggested in order to mitigate any liability issues that might arise down the road. Yes, our pets are members of the family, but unlike human members of the family they dont have health insurance. I know there are health insurance policies available, but they pay only a very small portion of the bill and in many cases no portion of the bill because so many healths issues are excluded from coverage.

Weve been taking our cats and dogs to Northwest Pet Clinic since 1980. They started out on Oracle Road, then moved to Ina, and have expanded with a second clinic on La Canada. We appreciate the professionalism and competence of every doctor and vet tech weve encountered at either clinic, but especially like Dr. Miller at the La Canada site. We feel confident our animals receive the best and most complete care available. Our dogs like Dr. Miller, and he treats them with the utmost kindness and concern.

We are so fortunate to have found Dr. Miller at the NW Pet Clinic. He is a wonderful diagnostician and is so friendly and caring about our little terrier mix. The staff is always warm and welcoming and very efficient. The office is bright and cheerful and they always have fresh complimentary coffee. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Although we travel a distance, it is well worth it.

Dr. Collins and staff are amazing! My regular vet was all full for the day when I had an emergency and NW got me in within a half hour. When I say got me in, I mean that they got me the appointment and an actual vet saw within a half an hour. It was amazing and so appreciated. I really felt that they were concerned for my dog and that they did their best care. I am switching vets immediately and so should you!

I have tried several veterinary practices in Tucson. Northwest Pet Clinic is by far the best! The doctors and techs are incredible knowledgeable and NEVER try to up sell with unnecessary tests or procedures like other practices in Tucson.The facilities are always clean. My pets are treated lovingly and gently by all the staff. I have been to both locations and feel the quality of care at both is outstanding!

This time we requested the new facility, which was closer to us. They have been thorough and are monitoring our sweetheart quite well. We always enjoy taking her in, and never have to wait very long. The doctors are focused on the pet and owner at every visit and I always feel included in the treatment plan.
